The present invention provides a highly-protective, heat dissipating LED light source module that may be waterproof or non-waterproof. In an embodiment, the present invention provides an LED light source module comprising: a waterproof housing comprising a metal substrate and a plastic cover integrally disposed on one or more surfaces of the metal substrate; and at least one light emitting diode, electronic component, and power line disposed on and operably connected with the metal substrate and encapsulated thereon by the plastic cover. In other embodiments are provided LED light source modules comprising: a circuit board with at least two through holes disposed at selected positions; at least one light emitting diode, electronic component, and power line disposed on the circuit board and operably connected therewith; and a plastic cover comprising at least two pins disposed and shaped for interconnection with corresponding through holes of the circuit board. The simple LED light source models disclosed may be efficiently and inexpensively produced and are capable of withstanding the harsh environments in which they are sometimes used.

The first mode comprises detecting degradation in quality of service in a communication network by selecting (80) a set of terminal service sessions for providing terminal service session reports; collecting (82) terminal service session information from the selected terminal service sessions; and determining (84) the quality of service in the communication network from the terminal service sessions monitored in the first mode. The second mode, being entered when a degradation of service quality in at least part of terminal service sessions is detected (86), comprises identifying at least one factor causing degradation of service quality in the communication network in steps of determining (88) at least one potential factor associated with terminal service sessions having degraded service quality as a candidate factor potentially causing the observed service quality degradation in at least part of the terminal service sessions; collecting (90) terminal service session information from terminal service sessions associated with at least one candidate factor; and evaluating (92) collected terminal service session information for service sessions associated with a candidate factor to identify whether the candidate factor is a cause of service quality degradation.

A method for determining location of a failure causing degradation of a service in a mobile communications network is disclosed. Service trajectories for the mobile terminals are determined (104) by correlating earlier obtained movement trajectories (102) of individual mobile terminals with service session records of the mobile terminals. In the next step distributions of the service trajectories of mobile terminals with degraded service are determined and then a network element around which the service trajectories converge is identified (108) as the location of the failure. An apparatus, a communications network and a computer program product are also disclosed.
