    摘要: An electrochemical capacitor includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a membrane, and an electrolyte. The first electrode includes a carbon nanotube composite. The carbon nanotube composite includes a free-standing carbon nanotube structure, and a plurality of nano grains located on the carbon nanotube structure. The membrane is located between the first electrode and the second electrode, to separate the first electrode from the second electrode. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the membrane are disposed in the electrolyte.

    摘要: A supercapacitor includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a solid-state polymer electrolyte. The first electrode and the second electrode are spaced from each other and immersed in the solid-state polymer electrolyte. The first and second electrode includes a carbon nanotube structure and an electrically conductive polymer layer. The carbon nanotube structure includes a number of carbon nanotubes and a number of micropores defined between adjacent two carbon nanotubes. The electrically conductive polymer layer coats surfaces of the number of carbon nanotubes.
