    摘要: Provided is a film-forming method based on an LB method by which a uniform alignment film using a helical polyacetylene can be obtained. The method based on the LB method includes: developing a helical polyacetylene onto a liquid surface; and transferring a monolayer film of the helical polyacetylene formed on the liquid surface onto a substrate to form a film, in which a compressibility P represented by the following formula (1) at a time of the film formation is 1×10−2 m/mN or less: P=(1/(dH/dS))×(1/S) (1), where H represents a surface pressure (mN/m) of the monolayer film of the helical polyacetylene, and S represents an area (m2) of the monolayer film of the helical polyacetylene developed onto the liquid surface.

    摘要: Electrically conductive polymer blends of an acetylene polymer, such as poly(acetylene), and a triblock thermoplastic elastomer, such as styrene-butadiene-styrene, are disclosed. In addition, a method for preparing such blends wherein the acetylene polymer is preferentially formed in the central elastomeric block of the triblock copolymer is disclosed. These blends exhibit high conductivity and elasticity upon doping with electron donors or electron acceptors.

    摘要: This invention relates to a process for producing an organic semiconductor. More specifically, it relates to a process for producing an electrically conductive acetylene high polymer, which comprises doping an acetylene high polymer having a fibrous microcrystalline (fibril) structure with a specified electron acceptor compound having low toxicity, to obtain an electrically conductive acetylene high polymer having an increased electrical conductivity, and flexibility and heat stability. The electrically conductive acetylene high polymer obtained by the process of this invention is a P-type semiconductor whose electrical conductivity can be freely controlled within the range of 10.sup.-9 to 10.sup.3 ohm.sup.-1, cm.sup.-1, and is useful as a material for photoelectric converter elements such as solar cells and photosensers, and as P-N hetero junction elements.
