    摘要： A metering device for introducing liquid reducing agent into an exhaust gas pipe. A metering valve is supplied with contents from a working tank by a delivery unit and dispenses the tank contents in a discharge direction. The delivery unit establishes a negative pressure between the delivery unit and the metering valve when the delivery direction is reversed. The negative pressure causes gas to be drawn off through the metering valve against the discharge direction. The delivery direction is reversed by either a feed pump with a reversible effective direction or a feed pump and a repolarization valve which communicates with the feed pump and transposes an inlet and an outlet of the feed pump.

The reducing agent reduces the nitrogen oxides from the waste gases of the internal combustion engine to nitrogen and water. The tank includes an external container in which an internal container is accommodated. A heating element is provided in the internal container and the liquid reducing agent can be removed by a removal device. The internal container is connected to the external container in such a way that the liquid reducing agent can flow out from the internal container into the external container.

By means of the latter, the injection device is retained at least indirectly in the vicinity of an exhaust gas conduit and a cooling device cools the retaining device. An intermediate portion is disposed between the retaining device and the injection device, and this portion at least regionally influences the heat flow between the injection device and the retaining device.
