摘要: In an exhaust gas purification system provided with a denitration catalyst layer, a reducing agent oxidation catalyst layer is installed together; a reducing agent and air are supplied into the reducing agent oxidation catalyst layer at the time of catalyst regeneration of the denitration catalyst layer; a high-temperature oxidation reaction gas is produced by a reaction heat generated by an oxidation reaction of the reducing agent and the air in this reducing agent oxidation catalyst layer; and this high-temperature oxidation reaction gas is introduced into the denitration catalyst layer to heat the denitration catalyst, thereby recovering a denitration performance of the catalyst.

摘要: A reducing agent supplying device includes a reforming device, an obtaining section and a controller. The reforming device mixes fuel, which is a hydrocarbon compound, with air, and reforms the fuel by partially oxidizing the fuel with oxygen in the air. A reformed fuel is supplied into the exhaust passage as the reducing agent. The obtaining section obtains a physical quantity as a property index. The physical quantity has a correlation with property of the fuel that is supplied to the reforming device. The controller controls the reforming device according to the property index obtained by the obtaining section.

摘要: An exhaust pipe fuel injector capable of preventing fuel from remaining in a fuel supply system and thus capable of preventing the fuel supply system from being blocked due to carbonization of the fuel, is provided. The exhaust pipe fuel injector includes: a fuel injection nozzle that injects the fuel into an exhaust pipe; a supply pipe through which a mixed fluid of the fuel and air is supplied into the fuel injection nozzle; and a control unit. The control unit has a function of continuing combustion until no fuel remains in the inside of the supply pipe during regeneration of a diesel particulate filter.

摘要: An exhaust processing system for treating an exhaust gas stream that includes an exhaust duct for directing the exhaust gas stream; a first catalyst positioned within the exhaust duct for receiving the exhaust gas stream flowing therethrough; and an injection system for injecting cooling air and reductant in the exhaust gas stream. The injection system may include: a reductant supply feed for supplying the reductant; a cooling air supply feed for supplying the cooling air; a junction configured at which the reductant supply feed and the cooling air supply feed combine to form a combined supply feed thereafter; and an injector disposed within the exhaust duct to which the combined supply feed connects.
