摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for the production of a diaper having a main part comprising a front region, a back region, and a crotch region located there between that comes to rest between the user's legs in the longitudinal direction, and side sections attached on both sides. The method is characterized in that a material web forming the side sections is supplied in the longitudinal direction; the material recesses for attaining an oblique course or contouring of the side sections are formed by placing an opening with a continuous circumferential edge in the material web; the material web is then divided in the longitudinal direction and said separation runs through the opening; sections are removed from the two partial webs transversely to the longitudinal direction in order to form the side sections to be applied on both sides; and the sections are attached to the respective back region and/or to the front region.

摘要: The invention relates to a disposable absorbent sanitary product for absorbing bodily fluids, such as diapers, incontinence pads, sanitary towels or panty liners. The product comprises a top sheet, at least sections of which are permeable to liquid, a bottom sheet, at least sections of which are liquid-tight and an absorbent body that is situated between the top sheet and the bottom sheet. According to the invention, the absorbent body comprises a first storage layer (20, 26, 30) for permanently storing bodily fluids, the layer containing 5-30 wt. % hydrophilic melt-blown microfibers (22), 70-95 wt. % particulate super-absorbent material (24) and optionally a maximum 10 wt. % particulate or fibrous component. The surface density of the melt-blown microfibers (22) is 625 g/m2 and the mcirofibers (22) are interconnected, in a manner having strength when wet, by a plurality of melt bonds, wherein the melt-blown microfibers (22) form a dense, three-dimensional network that surrounds and immobilises the particulate super-absorbent material (24). Very few or no melt bonds are provided between the melt-blown microfibers (22) and the particulate super-absorbent material (24), such that the storage layer (20, 26, 28) has a wet-strength of at least 40% of the dry strength, as measured in the machine direction.

摘要: The method of making a round-rolled part for a heat exchanger comprises connecting the tubes and the irradiating elements to each other to form a rectilinear network, clamping both ends of the rectilinear network and stretching and bending the clamped network so that it assumes an arcuate shape. The premise adopted is that of a network of flat tubes consisting of rectangular tubes and irradiating elements between them, the tube network being bent round around a narrow side of the tubes. The network has one end rigidly gripped on the bending tool. The tubular network is wound onto it by rotating the latter. There is applied to the other end of the network a retaining force which counteracts the winding-on force and which maintains the tube network under tensile stress. The apparatus comprises a rotatable round bending tool and a clamping means which tangentially clamps the end of the network. Spaced from the round bending tool there is a mating holder for firmly gripping the other end of the network.

摘要: A disposable absorbent incontinence diaper (2) has a main part (4), with a front area (6), a rear area (8) and a crotch area (10) as well as rear side sections (20) joined on both sides to the rear area (8) and front side sections (22) joined on both sides to the front area (6) and extending in a transverse direction (30) past lateral front and rear longitudinal edges (42, 41) of the main part (4) to connect the front area (6) and the rear area (8) when the disposable incontinence diaper has been applied. The article is shaped by one single respective separating process and holding forces between closing elements (32) and the outer side of the first front side sections (22) are larger than holding forces between the closing elements and the outer side of the main part (4).
