    摘要: A valve armature for a solenoid valve has a basic body consisting of a magnetically conductive metal. On one end of the basic body is arranged a depression which receives a tappet having a closing element. A tappet basic body consists of plastic and forms an interference fit with the basic body. A valve cartridge for a solenoid valve has such a valve armature, in which case, the basic body has an annular groove which is connected to the depression. The annular groove receives plastic deformations of the tappet basic body which form a form fit with the annular groove and fix the tappet basic body in the depression.

One end of the armature is associated with the pole core. The valve sealing element is arranged at another end of the armature. The armature has an axial through-opening. The closure element is force-lockingly and/or interlockingly retained in the axial through-opening in a selectable position. The plunger is axially moveably mounted in the axial through-opening, which provides a connection to the pole core in an installation position. The pressure spring is positioned in the axial through-opening and is retained in a pretensioned manner between the plunger and the closure element. The closure element is designed as a three-dimensionally convex element.

The housing block defines a pump receptacle that receives the pump, which has a suction side and a pressure side. The first duct crosses the pump receptacle in a region of the pressure side of the pump. The second duct leads into the pump receptacle in the region of the pressure side. The first and second ducts are sealed off from each over via a separation point. The hydraulic unit is configured to enable contact with a damping device configured to damp pulsations and reduce operating noise of the hydraulic unit without negatively impacting functional properties of the hydraulic unit, in particular on pressure build-up dynamics of the vehicle brake system, or without jeopardizing a compact construction of the hydraulic unit.

The pump has an intake side and a delivery side. The housing block has a pump receptacle that holds the pump, a first fluid duct that intersects the pump receptacle in a region of the delivery side of the pump, and a second fluid duct opening into the pump receptacle in the region of the delivery side of the pump, and a first separation point that seals off the first fluid duct from the second fluid duct. The damping device damps pulsations and reduces operating noise of the hydraulic unit without (i) having a detrimental effect on functional characteristics of the unit, in particular on pressure build-up dynamics of the vehicle brake system, or without (ii) jeopardizing a compact construction of the hydraulic unit.
