    Abstract: A method for operating a brake system and a brake system. The brake system includes a primary brake actuator and a secondary brake actuator. In the method, a brake pressure is adjusted using the primary brake actuator based on a first braking specification, and a brake pressure adjusted by the primary brake actuator is read in using a control unit of the secondary brake actuator or using an additional control unit. Then, using the control unit of the secondary brake actuator or using an additional control unit, a first plausibility check of the ascertained brake pressure is carried out with a second braking specification, which was supplied to the control unit of the secondary brake actuator or to the additional control unit.

    Abstract: A method for operating a brake system of a motor vehicle, with a controllable brake booster, and with a brake pedal. In the method, the brake booster is controlled, as a function of an actuation of the brake pedal, to generate a hydraulic pressure in the brake system, the motor vehicle is monitored for a standstill of the motor vehicle, an actuation path of the brake pedal is monitored for an exceedance of a specified limit value, and a holding function for maintaining the hydraulic pressure present in the brake system is activated if a standstill and a limit value exceedance are detected. At least one state variable of the motor vehicle is ascertained and that the limit value is specified as a function of the at least one state variable.

    Abstract: A method is for operating a braking system including a primary braking actuator having a first control apparatus. The primary braking actuator is operated based on a first braking specification. The braking system further includes a secondary braking actuator having a second control apparatus. The first control apparatus and the second control apparatus and/or a further control apparatus are connected to one another by a communication device. The second control apparatus and/or the further control apparatus checks whether signals from the first control apparatus are received in the second control apparatus and/or the further control apparatus, or whether the signals received from the first control apparatus in the second control apparatus and/or the further control apparatus are faulty. When there are no received signals or when there are faulty signals, operation of the secondary braking actuator is enabled or prevented based on a second braking specification.

    Abstract: A method, and device for performing the method, of compensating electromagnetic interference on the output signal of a sensor, wherein a pre-determined singular number or a plurality of at least temporarily current-carrying electrical conductors in the vicinity of the sensor are classified as interference signal sources possibly influencing the output signal of the sensor, in which the output signal of the sensor is detected, and it is determined for each of these interference signal sources whether it is currently current-carrying. Either a fixed correction variable or a correction variable determined on the basis of the detected instantaneous current strength in the current-carrying conductor is detected for each current-carrying interference signal source. The output signal of the sensor is corrected based on the detected correction variables.
