    摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes a power supply element of the load circuit which is conducted around a part of the excitation flux circuit by at least one turn so that an auxiliary excitation flux is generated therein isodirectionally with the excitation flux of the winding. A reliable response of the relay is guaranteed even in relays wherein high currents are drawn by the load circuit from the same voltage source that delivers the excitation voltage, such as in relays in motor vehicles.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay has a bar-shaped armature which is mounted at one end at a coil flange in a carrier comprised of insulating material, in which center contact blades are also mounted at opposite sides of the armature such that movement of the armature is transmitted to the contact blades through the carrier, thus eliminating the plunger which is normally present for contact actuation. The offset positioning of the contact blades with respect to the armature in the carrier causes friction which substantially prevents damaging impact of the contact pads of the contact blades with respectively mating stationary contact pads.

The response voltage is rendered temperature independent by a heating means connected in parallel to the excitation winding to heat the permanent magnet in synchronization with the winding and, thus, guarantee a compensation of the response voltage with respect to the coil heating.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay has a hallow coil body and coil having a longitudinal axis with a bar-shaped armature pivotably mounted for movement in and extending through the coil body, a permanent magnet arrangement having polarization directions perpendicular to the coil axis, two yokes disposed in a single plain parallel to the permanent magnet arrangement, two pole plates connected to the yokes and also extending perpendicular to the coil axis, and a flux plate overlapping and spaced from the yokes and having a flat segment with the magnet arrangement being disposed in the volume defined between the overlapping area of the flux plate and the yokes, the magnet arrangement extending substantially longitudinally parallel to the coil axis. The structural arrangement of the flux plate and yokes so as to define a volume which can accommodate the magnet system permits the magnet system to be encompassed within the relay without adding to the overall length thereof, thereby adapting the relay to miniaturization. Additionally, the surfaces of the yokes and permanent magnet can exhibit a relatively large area, again without causing any increase in the length of the relay.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay is provided which has a core yoke embedded in a base body, the core yoke comprising a yoke leg at both coil ends which proceed perpendicular to the coil axis. A U-shaped armature has its first lateral leg seated on the first yoke leg and has its second lateral leg forming an operating air gap relative to the second yoke leg. A contact and bearing spring is secured to the armature, the contacting end of the contact and bearing spring laterally embracing the armature and the core yoke and interacting at that side of the core yoke which lies opposite the armature with at least one cooperating contact plate.

    摘要: A polarized magnet system for a relay has a rotary armature having a pair of opposed parallel pole-piece plates which enclose permanent magnets and which terminate in spaced pole-plate piece ends which surround the pole-pieces of a coil core in clamp-like fashion and form working air gaps with the core. The ends of the ferromagnetic pole-piece plates are angled to form a tab in the direction of the coil core so that the working air gaps are shifted in the direction of the coil permitting the permanent magnets to occupy the entire distance between the pole pieces commensurate with the overall armature length.

Contact springs are secured in the insulation covering, the contacting, free ends of said contact springs respectively interacting with cooperating contact elements anchored in a base body. As a result, a slide-free and, thus, low-friction actuation derives as, however, does relatively high friction at the contact locations, whereby contact impacts are suppressed and foreign layers are abraded from the contact surfaces.
