摘要: A surface heat-exchanger body for vehicles, aircrafts or ships, with an interconnected heat pipe-channel system which is hermetically closed and arranged distributed over an area; as a result of a separate line-shaped heat source which extends along the heat-exchanger body and which may be formed by a heating channel, a heating rod or the like, heat is supplied to the heat-exchanger body which is distributed and given off by the heat pipe-channel system to the adjoining space with a slight temperature drop inside of the heat-exchanger body; for a horizontal installation of the heat-exchanger body, intersecting or star-shaped channel sections are provided inside of the heat pipe-channel system which always return the condensate to the condensate collector independently of the direction of the resultant of gravity and inertia forces; the condensate collector may be constructed in the form of a closed annular line either concentrically on the inside of the surface heat-exchanger body or along the outer edge; to enhance the condensate return, the surface heat-exchanger body may be slightly arched, whereby the condensate collector must be placed at the geodetically lowest place.

摘要: A heat-exchanger with a bundle of parallelly extending pipes adapted to be acted upon by air which are hermetically closed and constructed in the manner of heat-pipes. A heat-exchanger head which is adapted to be traversed by a heat carrier medium extends transversely to the pipe bundle. The heat carrier channels formed therein are sealed off from a flow point of view against the heat-pipe hollow spaces but are in good heat-transferring connection therewith. The heat-exchanger is formed by two types of heat-exchanger plates of which the first type extends over the air stream and the heat-exchanger head and of which the second type of heat-exchanger plates is limited to the heat-exchanger head and extends transversely to the first type of heat-exchanger plates and is brazed thereto over a large surface. The heat-exchanger plates can be constructed as extrusion profiles or as two-layer partial composite laminated bodies; extrusion profiles may also be used for the cross connection of the individual heat-exchanger plates of the same type, which are grooved transversely and are brazed to the end faces of the heat-exchanger plates. However with partial composite laminated bodies, connecting pipes extending transversely to the heat-exchanger plates are preferable.

摘要: A surface heater body which is constructed as two-layer, expanded partial composite laminated body and contains two mutually separated channels or channel systems adjoining one another wall-to-wall in a heat-conducting manner; one channel system which extends over the entire area of the surface heater body and which is hermetically closed off, operates as heat-pipe to distribute the supplied heat over a large area; a heat channel traversed by heating water extends along the bottom edge of the surface heater body; a rectilinear continuous non-expanded strip is provided between the heat channel and the heat-pipe channel system, along which the partial composite laminated body is bent U-shaped so that the heat channel and the heat-pipe channel system come into mutual abutment where they are permanently and heat-conductingly connected with each other over the entire contact surface; a separate pipe may also be provided as heat channel or, as a still further alternative, a heat-pipe may be inserted into the heat-pipe channel system whereby the two edges of the surface heater body are sealed off at the places where the heat pipe leaves the heater element.

摘要: A head restraint for a vehicle, which in its stowage position is received by a hollow in the rear window shelf of the vehicle and which can be transferred, together with its bearing arms, into an operational position near to the backrest, the bearing arms being supported on the vehicle side on an inside wall of the hollow, so that, in the stowage position, both the head restraint and its bearing arms rest in the hollow. Before, during or after a swinging operation, the head restraint is pivoted in the opposite direction to the swing of the bearing arms, so that employment in a confined space is possible.

摘要: A belt strap windup device for eliminating a belt slack of a safety belt system of a motor vehicle upon the motor vehicle exceeding a predetermined vehicle deceleration. The windup device includes a belt roll-up mechanism, a shaft which is constantly acted upon by a retractor, and a windup reel to which the belt is mounted. A pulley is coupled with the shaft at least upon the predetermined deceleration of the vehicle, and an electrically ignitible propellant charge is arranged centrally with respect to the shaft, with the charge being adapted to act upon a driving fluid after an ignition thereof so as to operate the pulley so as to eliminate the slack in the belt. A belt strap mounting recess is provided in an interior of the shaft with a longitudinally aligned belt passage slot and with an insert opening lying at the end face of the shaft. The shaft includes a number of annularly arranged axially aligned ducts filled with the driving fluid, with the ducts terminating at an end face of the shaft. The fluid in the ducts is adapted to be acted upon by the propellant charge after an ignition thereof.

摘要: A wind-up mechanism for eliminating the belt looseness of a safety belt system when exceeding a predetermined deceleration, in which an ignitable propellant charge, provided for triggering the retraction movement of the belt is arranged centrally in the hollow shaft of a belt roller that blocks automatically in case of danger. A liquid medium is preferably disposed in front of the propellant charge which, after the ignition of the propellant charge, drives a rotor coupled at that instant with the wind-up roller so as to eliminate the belt looseness by the gases forming during the ignition of the propellant charge. The hollow shaft accommodates at one end a cap and a toothed rim connected therewith, into which engages a blocking mechanism triggered in case of danger, while at least a part of the rotor is formed-on at the other end of the shaft in the course of a cold-flow or casting operation.

摘要: A pressure regulator whose initial pressure can be set by manually setting the initial stress of a control spring has a double-seated valve with an inner and outer valve seat and a valve closing element. The valve closing element divides a supply pressure chamber from a control pressure chamber and the latter from a pressure-relief chamber. The inner valve seat is arranged on a control piston which is loaded by the control spring. In order to set a higher initial pressure, the initial stress of the control spring is increased, in order to reduce pressure, the initial stress of the spring is diminished. During this process, the outer or inner valve seat lifts off temporarily from the valve closing element until equilibrium is reestablished by a corresponding pressure chamber and the double-seated valve closes. In order to compensate the hysteresis occurring here, a lifting device is provided which, when the initial stress of the control spring is reduced, briefly lifts off the inner valve seat from the valve closing element and then becomes inactive again. The superproportional pressure drop associated with this in the control pressure chamber has the effect that the equilibrium of forces for closing the double-seated valve is always produced after the outer valve seat is opened by the pressure increase.

摘要: In order to achieve with an adjustable back support a further comfort increase, supports consisting of individual air chambers are accommodated in the backrest of a motor vehicle seat stacked flake-shaped one above the other. The approximately horizontally directed boundary edges of the air chambers are constructed wave-shaped so that wave troughs and coordinated wave peaks of two adjoining air chambers overlap owing to the stacking.
