摘要: A vehicle position calculation apparatus and method are provided to correct a vehicle position to be located on a map route. The vehicle position calculation apparatus has a vehicle position measuring section measuring a vehicle position, a road data supply section supplying road geometrical data including a line segment and a closed region correlated with a road on a map, and a vehicle position correcting section correcting the vehicle position on the map by using the road geometrical data. The position correcting section locates the vehicle position by itself on the map as a corrected vehicle position, in response to a relatively positional relation between the vehicle position and the road geometrical data. In such a correction, the vehicle position correcting section can correct the vehicle position to be in alignment with a point on corresponding one of position correction shapes, or it can correct the vehicle position onto a traveling link generated in response to the road geometrical data.

摘要: A vehicle cruising control device has a vehicle-position/traveling-direction calculating circuit 21 which receives data from a GPS signal receiver 11, a vehicle speed sensor 12, an angular-velocity sensor 13 and a map data base 30 to specify a road on which the vehicle is traveling and a road property gain circuit 23 which gains a sort of road from the map data base 30, as road property. In the device, a driving force control unit 40 controls a vehicle driving unit 50 on the ground of the sort of road. If the map matching becomes to be improper, then the road property gain circuit 23 operates to maintain the road property just before malfunction of the map matching until a traveling-distance after malfunction of the map matching reaches a predetermined distance. The traveling-distance is calculated by a traveling-distance calculating circuit 22.

摘要: To improve the convenience of a record medium and allow a record process and reproduction process to be more easily performed than before. When a clip edit list update process 121 that updates video data and audio data recorded on a disc 32 is executed, an index file management section 72 manages and updates an index file held in an index file hold section 51 as the video data and audio data are updated. At this point, a search section 92 searches disc internal IDs assigned to clips or edit lists contained in the index file for the maximum value. A disc internal ID generation section 91 generates a disc internal ID according to the maximum value. An index file management section 72 updates the index file with the disc internal ID generated by the disc internal ID generation section 91.

摘要: This invention relates to a manufacturing method for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell which is formed by laminating a first gas diffusion layer (6A) and a first separator (7A) on one surface of a membrane electrode assembly (9), and laminating a second gas diffusion layer (6B) and a second separator (7B) on the other surface of the membrane electrode assembly (9). An adhesive is applied to a surface of the first separator (7A) which contacts the first gas diffusion layer (6A), the adhesive is applied to a surface of the second separator (7B) which contacts the second gas diffusion layer (6B), and the first separator (7A), first gas diffusion layer (6A), membrane electrode assembly (9), second gas diffusion layer (6B), and second separator (7B) are disposed between a pair of pressing jigs (113, 123) so as to be laminated in the described sequence. An integrated fuel cell is obtained by applying heat and compression to the first separator (7A) and second separator (7B) using the pressing jigs (113, 123).
