    摘要: A hose of impermeability has a wall corrugated along at least a part of its length, and formed by an inner thin resin layer, a laminated layer including a metal film, or a layer formed by a metal film, and an outer thin resin layer. It has a very high fluid impermeability owing to its wall layer including or formed by a metal film, and is also very flexible, capable of absorbing vibration, light in weight and strong. A tubular inner thin resin layer is formed by extrusion as the innermost layer of a multi-layered hose wall, and a laminated tape including a metal film, or simply a metal film is spirally wound or longitudinally lapped about the inner resin layer. An outer thin resin layer is formed about a layer formed by the laminated tape, or metal film, and the whole is at least partly corrugated. Alternatively, corrugation is done before an outer thin resin layer is formed by electrostatic powder coating. A different process includes applying a laminated tape including a metal film about a mandrel to form a tubular laminated layer, and after removing the mandrel, coating the inner surface of the tubular layer with a resin powder electrostatically to form a thin resin layer thereon.

    摘要: A hydrogen fuel transporting hose for a fuel cell powered vehicle having a laminar structure includes at least one inner rubber layer, at least one reinforcing layer, and at least one outer rubber layer, which layers are laminated integrally with one another in the order of description in a radially outward direction of the hose. Each of the inner and outer rubber layers are obtained by vulcanizing a rubber composition including a rubber material selected from the group consisting of a halogenated butyl rubber material, and a blend of a halogenated butyl rubber material and a butyl rubber material. The vulcanized rubber includes a filler having a layered crystal structure and is vulcanized with one of a peroxide vulcanizing agent and a resin vulcanizing agent.

    摘要: A rubber composition that is used for a fuel reforming system and has high resistance to fossil fuel and low extractability, as well as excellent extrusion moldability is provided. A rubber hose for the fuel reforming system using the rubber composition is also provided. The rubber composition for a fuel reforming system includes the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) a fluorocarbon rubber; (B) carbon black having a specific surface area less than 28 m2/g as determined by a BET method; and (C) a non-sulfur-based cross-linker.
