摘要： A method for preserving the degree of freshness of poultry shell eggs is disclosed which comprises spraying the surface of a shell egg with an effective amount of a composition comprising a triglyceride of saturated fatty acids (I) of the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein: R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are the same or different, linear aliphatic hydrocarbon groups containing from 5 to 21 carbon atoms, and as an essential ingredient, a fatty acid (II) containing from 12 to 20 carbon atoms in an amount of from 0.01 to 0.5% by weight on the basis of the total weight of the composition.

摘要： Lubricating oil compositions favorably used for food processing machines are disclosed. The oil compositions exhibit highly improved oxidation stability, wear resistance and rust prevention. Raw materials quite harmless to human bodies can be used in the production of said lubricating oil composition which comprises (I) as the base oil, a saturated fatty acid glyceride represented by the following general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each a straight-chain alkyl group and (II) as an essential component, a fatty acid in an amount of 0.001 to 5% by weight, based on the total composition.

摘要： An oil and fat composition for food processing machines comprises polyglycerides of medium chain saturated fatty acids and/or mixed polyglycerides of medium chain saturated fatty acids and long chain saturated fatty acids and, optionally, triglycerides of medium chain saturated fatty acids. The composition is safe for food sanitation, has excellent oxidation stability and lubricating property and a suitable degree of viscosity and cloud point as well as a high viscosity and a low temperature fluidity which cannot be attained by MCT and is favorably utilized as lubricating oil for food processing machines and tools and agricultural machines and tools.

摘要： Lubricant base oils are made up essentially of 2-15% by weight of a total aromatics content, greater than 60% by weight of isoparaffins and monocyclic naphthenes in total, more than 30% by weight of alkylbenzenes in the total aromatics content and smaller than 4% by weight of tricyclic and tetracyclic aromatics in the total aromatics content. The base oil has great viscosity index, small pour point, high oxidative stability and heat stability and sufficient capability to dissolve sludge.

摘要： In an electronic control for a hybrid vehicle which is driven either by an engine or an electric motor, or both, possible failures in an ignition system and a rotation sensor system are detected during a period in which the engine is rotated by the motor with no fuel supply. Only after no failure is found, the engine is started by supplying fuel and performing ignition. Thus, the fuel supplied to the engine is ignited without fail, and unburned gas release to the atmosphere is surely prevented. Also, good drivability is maintained. In case the invention is applied to a series hybrid vehicle which is driven solely by an electric motor powered by a battery which is charged by an electric generator driven by an engine, the ignition system is diagnosed when the engine is not rotating. After it is determined that there is no failure in the ignition system, the engine is started.

摘要： A fuel cell control system is provided which is designed to ensure the stability of operation of a fuel cell stack. The system includes a magnetic sensor and a controller. The magnetic sensor works to measure a change in magnetic flux density of magnetic field produced by an electric current as generated by electrochemical reaction taken place in each of fuel cells. The controller is designed to analyze the change in magnetic flux density measured by the magnetic sensor to specify the cause and location resulting in a drop in ability of the fuel cell stack to generate electricity which is to occur partially in the fuel cell stack. The controller takes a predetermined measure to control the operation of the fuel cell stack for eliminating the drop in ability of the fuel cell stack to generate the electricity.
