    摘要: Sheet-shaped mixture layers are placed on both sides of a current collector to form an electrode (positive electrode) with a layered structure. The electrode with a layered structure and a counter electrode (negative electrode) thereof are wound via a separator, while a positional shift in a winding direction is caused between the current collector and the sheet-shaped mixture layers of the electrode with the layered structure, whereby a winding body is formed. The winding body is placed in a battery case (outer can) to constitute a battery. Particularly, in the electrode with a layered structure, by forming the current collector of a plain-woven wire net, a metal foil, expanded metal, a lath, or punching metal, a battery with satisfactory productivity suitable for an intermediate load can be provided at a low cost.

The method comprises attaching the subject body to an electric spark machine as a workpiece; bringing an electrode of a powder including an electrically conductive substance close to the subject body so as to lap the electrode over the hole; applying a voltage between the electrode and the subject body so as to generate electric discharge repetitiously to cause a coating closing the hole to grow from a periphery of the hole; and machining an edge of the hole before applying the voltage, or the coating along the edge of the hole during repetition of applying the voltage, to give a bevel.

    摘要: A method and a device for electrochemically machining workpiece having blade end plates at the longitudinal both ends of a blade-shaped portion having aerofoil shape in cross section by extending and retracting divided electrodes. A part of the blade-shaped portion and one blade end plate continued therewith are electrochemically machined by advancing the main electrode in an acute angle direction relative to the longitudinal direction of the blade-shaped portion. At the same time or subsequently, the remaining part of the blade-shaped portion and the other blade end plate continued therewith are electrochemically machined by slidably advancing an auxiliary electrode along the slope of the main electrode forming an acute angle relative to the blade-shaped-portion-machining-surface. Thus, the number of the parts of an electrode unit can be reduced and the structure thereof can be simplified.
