An electronic apparatus including a display and a processor connected to the display and configured to control the electronic apparatus. The processor is configured to identify a plurality of contents as belonging to at least one content group among a plurality of content groups, obtain a score for the plurality of content groups, respectively, based on an exposure history of the plurality of content groups and a user's viewing history for the plurality of content groups, obtain a display position according to which the plurality of content groups are to be positioned on the display, respectively, based on the obtained score, and control the display to display a UI corresponding to a part of the plurality of content groups based on the obtained display position.

Disclosed are a display apparatus and a controlling method thereof. The display apparatus includes a communicator including a circuitry; a display; a motor configured to rotate the display; a memory storing at least one instruction; and a processor configured to execute the at least one instruction to: control the communicator to communicatively connect to an external device based on information related to the display apparatus that is received by the external device from a remote controller to which the external device is tagged, obtain direction information of at least one of the external device and of an image content displayed on the external device, determine, based on the direction information, whether to control the motor to rotate the display, and control the display to display the image content that is received from the external device through the communicator.

A display apparatus and a control method thereof are provided. The display apparatus includes: a display, a driver configured to rotate the display between a horizontal arrangement state in which a width of the display is greater than a height of the display, and a vertical arrangement state in which the height of the display is greater than the width of the display; and a processor configured to execute instructions to: identify an object included in an image, identify whether the image is an image of a horizontal type or an image of a vertical type based on the identified object, and based on an arrangement state of the display and the identified type of the image, control the driver to rotate the display.

A substrate processing system includes a wall liner, an electrostatic chuck in the wall liner to hold a substrate, and a ring member including a focus ring and a side ring. The focus ring is on an edge region of the electrostatic chuck and the side ring encloses an outer side surface of the focus ring and a side surface of the electrostatic chuck. The side ring includes air holes extending from a bottom surface of the ring member towards a top portion of the ring member and extending from the top portion of the ring member towards an outer side surface of the ring member.
