    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing, a first antenna included in a first region of the housing, a second antenna included in a second region of the housing, an antenna structure that is disposed within the housing, a coupler that obtains an impedance of each of the antennas and the antenna structure, a memory that stores a table in which the impedances of each of the antennas and the antenna structure are matched to a location or a contact of an external object, and a processor, and the processor obtains the impedances of each of the antennas and the antenna structure from the coupler when the external object approaches the electronic device, obtains the location or the contact of the external object based on the obtained impedances and the table, and transceives a signal through the antenna structure in a direction where the external object is absent.

    Abstract: An extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light generator includes a collecting mirror having a first focal point and a second focal point, the first focal point being closer to the collecting mirror than the second focal point, a laser to generate a laser beam and to radiate the laser beam toward the first focal point of the collecting mirror, and a droplet generator to generate a droplet and to discharge the droplet at the first focal point of the collecting mirror, wherein the collecting mirror includes a concave reflective surface, a through hole in a center of the reflective surface, and a drip hole between the through hole and an outer circumferential surface of the reflective surface.

    Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed, including a hinge module, a first and second housing foldable about the hinge module, and a display spanning the housings. The display includes at least one polymer member, a flexible plate including a flexible portion that is bendable connecting first and second planar portions thereof. The flexible portion includes a plurality of support pieces spaced apart from each other via a plurality of slits, and a plurality of Velcro patterns extending lengthwise from the plurality of support pieces. The Velcro patterns of adjacent support pieces are disposed so as to be engaged with one another in a lattice form.

    Abstract: An extreme ultraviolet light (EUL) source device is disclosed, the device comprising: a chamber in which a gas flow and a droplet stream are provided; a droplet generator through which target material is changed into the droplet stream; and a shroud positioned along the droplet stream, the shroud shielding the droplet stream from the gas flow, wherein the droplet stream is irradiated by laser to produce plasma and generate an extreme ultraviolet light. The shroud includes flow guide surface features that guide accumulated target material away from a collector mirror that reflects and focuses the EUL.

    Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes an interface configured to receive a first audio signal from a first microphone set and receive a second audio signal from a second microphone set provided at a position different from that of the first microphone set; a processor configured to: obtain a plurality of first sound-source components based on the first audio signal and a plurality of second sound-source components based on the second audio signal; identify a first sound-source component, from among the plurality of first sound-source components, and a second sound-source component, from among the plurality of second sound-source components, that correspond to each other; identify a user command based on the first sound-source component and the second sound-source component; and control an operation corresponding to the user command.
