Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning a semiconductor fabrication chamber may include a cleaning module, an inspection module and a drive module. The cleaning module may clean an inner area of the semiconductor fabrication chamber in a non-contact manner. The inspection module may be configured to inspect a cleaning of the semiconductor fabrication chamber by the cleaning module. The drive module may be configured to move the cleaning module and the inspection module in the semiconductor fabrication chamber. Thus, the non-contact type cleaning module may effectively remove the contaminant on an inner wall of the semiconductor fabrication chamber having a complicated shape and/or a part on the inner wall of the semiconductor fabrication chamber having a complicated shape.

Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment comprises: a display; a display-driving integrated circuit (IC) set to apply one or more driving signals to the display; a touch sensor including a plurality of electrodes; and a touch sensor IC configured to check an input position on the touch sensor, wherein the touch sensor IC is configured to: acquire, from the display-driving IC, a first vertical synchronization signal from among the one or more driving signals, provide a plurality of first measurement signals corresponding to a first phase at intervals of a first duration to at least a first portion of electrodes among the plurality of electrodes based on the acquisition of the first vertical synchronization signal, and, after providing the plurality of first measurement signals, provide a plurality of second measurement signals corresponding to a second phase, different from the first phase, at intervals of the first duration to at least a second portion of electrodes among the plurality of electrodes, wherein at least a portion of the application period of the plurality of first driving signals and the plurality of second driving signals can overlap with at least a portion of the application period of the one or more driving signals.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to wire grippers, wire processing apparatuses, and wire processing methods. An example wire gripper comprises a gripper body, a wire supply in the gripper body and supplying a wire, a wire cutting section including a cutter that cuts the wire supplied from the wire supply, a pressure roller below the wire supply and providing a guide groove to guide the wire supplied from the wire supply, a twister on a side of the pressure roller, and a reloader that drives an end of the wire to move from the wire supply to the twister. The twister holds and twists the end of the wire guided by the pressure roller.

The electronic device includes a touch sensor, a touch sensor integrated circuit (IC) configured to identify an input position on the touch sensor, a display, and a display driving IC configured to provide, to the display, at least one driving signal for driving the display, wherein the touch sensor IC is configured to measure, based on a first schedule, the input position on the touch sensor while a first driving signal among the at least one driving signal is provided from the display driving IC in a first interval, the first schedule being configured such that the at least one driving signal does not overlap a time period of the measurement of the input position, detect, based on a change of an interval of the first driving signal from the first interval to a second interval, an event in which a time period of the first driving signal being provided at least partially overlaps the time period of the measurement of the input position, and measure the input position, based on a second schedule which is different from the first schedule.
