摘要: A method for managing an air conditioner is provided. The method includes determining a power consumption pattern of the air conditioner while controlling the air conditioner, based on at least one power consumption factor, calculating a threshold value of power consumption according to an operating time of the air conditioner based on distribution information of the determined power consumption pattern, determining whether a current power consumption is within a threshold value range of the calculated threshold value of power consumption, and generating and transmitting a signal to a manager server if the current power consumption is not within the threshold value range.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for controlling a temperature based on scheduling of an indoor temperature are provided. The apparatus obtains set temperature history information of an air handling unit from previously stored information. The set temperature history information is mapped to weather factor history information about at least one weather factor. The apparatus also obtains weather factor information regarding a scheduling target time. Based on the obtained set temperature history information and the obtained weather factor information, the apparatus schedules a set temperature of the air handling unit with regard to the scheduling target time. The present disclosure relates to a sensor network, Machine Type Communication (MTC), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication, and technology for Internet of Things (IoT) and may be applied to intelligent services based on the above technologies, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, healthcare, digital education, smart retail, and security services.

The present invention, with respect to a set temperature control method, is characterized by comprising the steps of: setting a control section which is a time section for controlling a set temperature in a certain space; collecting user set temperature information according to weather information for each control section, and predicted weather information; determining set temperature control information for each of the control sections on the basis of the collected set temperature information; and controlling the set temperature in the certain space on the basis of the set temperature control information determined for each of the control sections and the predicted weather information.

摘要: The present invention relates to control of activation of an air conditioning device. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for predicting the time of arrival of a preset indoor temperature based on information regarding environment factors, including a ventilation factor, and controlling the activation time of the air conditioning device such that the present temperature is reached at the target point of time according to the predicted time. In addition, the method provides a method for predicting the target point of time in view of the point of time at which the user will need the air conditioning device. In addition, the present invention provides a method for controlling activation of an air conditioning device in view of the optimal partial load factor of the air conditioning device until the presetting temperature is reached. The present disclosure relates to technologies for sensor networks, machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, machine type communication (MTC), and the Internet of things (IoT). The present disclosure may be utilized for intelligent services (smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail businesses, services related to security and safety, etc.).
