Abstract: The safety is ensured in such a manner that an abnormality of a secondary battery is detected, for example, a phenomenon that lowers the safety of the secondary battery is detected early and a warning is given to a user. A first protection circuit and a second protection circuit are provided for one secondary battery. The first protection circuit includes a memory circuit including a transistor including an oxide semiconductor. Combination of a plurality of protection circuits enables a complementary double protection system in charging, and the safety can be further enhanced.

Abstract: The cost of hardware and the cost of calculation are reduced in the case where a plurality of assembled batteries are used. The amount of change in the voltage of each battery constituting an assembled battery is sequentially measured with a voltage monitor and abnormality is detected from the correlation between the amounts of changes in the voltages of batteries at the same period. Furthermore, abnormality is detected on the basis of the amounts of changes up to the previous step. Inference is made by a reference parameter acquisition system using an IIR filter or an FIR filter.

Abstract: An anomaly detection system for a secondary battery which detects the remaining capacity of the secondary battery on an electric vehicle, cautions against the secondary battery with anomalous characteristics, stops using the secondary battery, changes the secondary battery, or changes charging conditions of the secondary battery is provided. The anomaly detection system is provided; the system compares a value obtained by estimating internal resistance or SOC of a secondary battery based on the measured value of a current or a voltage of the secondary battery with the use of a nonlinear Kalman filter and a value input to an anomaly detection system (network) of AI to predict a change in the internal resistance; the system regards a case where the difference is large as an anomaly; and the system detects an anomaly.

Abstract: To improve image quality of a full-color organic EL display panel. A partition has a stacked structure formed using different materials. A lower partition has a curved shape, and an upper partition has a flat top surface. An angle formed between a plane surface connecting a lower end of a side surface with an upper end of the side surface of the upper partition and the top surface of the upper partition is less than or equal to 90°. The height of the partition is controlled to be greater than or equal to 0.5 μm and less than or equal to 1.3 μm. With such a structure, a large color organic EL display panel achieves high-definition display.

The power feeding device includes a power feeding coil, a control circuit, and a neural network and has a function of charging a storage battery with a wireless signal supplied by the power feeding coil. The control circuit has a function of estimating a remaining capacity value of the storage battery, the control circuit has a function of supplying the estimated remaining capacity value to the neural network, the neural network outputs a value corresponding to the supplied remaining capacity value to the control circuit, the control circuit determines a charge condition for the storage battery on the basis of the value output by the neural network, and the power feeding device has a function of charging the storage battery under the determined charge condition.

The light-emitting element and the organic resin film are positioned between the substrate and the oxide semiconductor film.
