Abstract: Disclosed are a compound impact-resistant device and an application thereof. The compound impact-resistant device includes an inner cylinder, a first pressure sensor and an outer cylinder; an inner cavity of the inner cylinder is connected to a magnetorheological damper, a spiral valve element, a floating piston and a spring from bottom to top; and the outer cylinder is connected to a piston rod, a bottom end of the piston rod penetrates a top of the inner cylinder, the spring and the floating piston to be connected to the spiral valve element, and a portion below the spiral valve element is filled with hydraulic oil. The compound impact-resistant device can provide specific initial support force and achieve active self-adaptation to dynamic impact, thus solving the problems that traditional hydraulic buffers cannot provide initial support force and traditional mechanical crushing members have difficulty in providing large support force.

Abstract: A multi-buffer energy accumulation apparatus comprises: an energy storage cylinder, an oil tank, a first scroll spring mechanism, a second scroll spring mechanism, a hydraulic motor, differential planetary train of gearings, and a generator; wherein the energy storage cylinder comprises a hermetically sealed cylinder body, one end of the hermetically sealed cylinder body being provided with an elastic mobile device, the other end thereof being provided with an energy transmission device, and hydraulic oil is filled in the hermetically sealed cylinder body between the elastic mobile device and the energy transmission device; the hermetically sealed cylinder body, the hydraulic motor, and the oil tank are connected via an oil circuit to form a hydraulic loop; the energy transmission device is connected with the first scroll mechanism; the hydraulic motor is connected with the second scroll spring mechanism.

Abstract: Disclosed is a magnetically controlled material-based magnetorheological pilot operated safety valve for a hydraulic support. The safety valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, a reset spring, and a pilot valve; the valve core is disposed in a valve core chamber provided in the valve body, and the pilot valve is disposed in a pilot valve chamber provided in the valve body; the pilot valve includes a magnetically controlled shape memory alloy, an electromagnet, a push rod, a piston, a magnetorheological fluid control coil, and a pilot valve core, which are arranged sequentially from left to right; a plurality of magnetically controlled material control coils are provided on the electromagnet; the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy runs through the electromagnet and is then connected to the push rod, the push rod is connected to the piston, the magnetorheological fluid lies between the piston and the pilot valve core.
