Abstract: A rotary electric machine includes an electronic module and a heat sink for dissipating heat produced by the module. The module includes a printed circuit, an electronic component having a base positioned on the printed circuit, a heat transfer device connected to the printed circuit and to the electronic component for transferring heat generated by the component to the heat sink. The heat transfer device includes an upper portion extending from the printed circuit towards the heat sink from the same side of the component and a base portion connected to the upper portion and positioned in the printed circuit at least partly under the component to form, at least partly, a preferential path for the heat, from the base of the electronic component to the heat sink. The electronic component is connected at least partly by its own base to the base portion of the heat transfer device.

Abstract: A rotary electric machine includes an enclosure delimiting an internal space for stator and rotor units. An access hole gives access to the internal space. An internal gasket encircles the access hole adjacent a wall of the enclosure. A closing element is disposed in the internal space, movable towards and away from the wall between a closed configuration compressing the gasket to seal the access hole and an open configuration connecting the internal space with the surrounding atmosphere. An elastic device operates to move the closing element from the open to closed configurations to compress the gasket and seal the access hole. The closing element has a pressure surface facing the access hole and accessible through the access hole via a pin. Pressing the pressure surface causes the closing element to move from the closed configuration to the open configuration.

Abstract: An electric liquid pump includes a casing having a central portion, rear cover and front cover, having an inlet and an outlet for the liquid. The central portion has first and second compartments, with the second compartment in fluid communication with the front cover interior. The pump includes an impeller and an electric motor, for operating the impeller, a stator housed in the first compartment, a rotor, coaxial with the stator, housed in the second compartment and an electronic card for supplying the stator at least partly housed in the rear cover. The central portion includes a plurality of walls delimiting a plurality of gaps in fluid communication with the second compartment and the front cover interior such that the liquid circulates in the gaps. The walls at least partly face the stator such that the liquid circulating in the corresponding gap removes heat from the stator.
