摘要: Provided are a rubber composition for tires which achieves both abrasion resistance and processability while maintaining fuel economy, and a pneumatic tire including the rubber composition. A rubber composition for tires, containing an organosilicon compound represented by the average compositional formula (I) below having a ratio of the number of sulfur atoms to the number of silicon atoms of 1.0 to 1.5, wherein x represents the average number of sulfur atoms; m represents an integer of 6 to 12; and R1 to R6 are the same or different and each represent a C1-C6 alkyl or alkoxy group, at least one of R1 to R3 and at least one of R4 to R6 are the alkoxy groups, and two or more of the alkyl or alkoxy groups for R1 to R6 may be joined to form a ring.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a rubber composition for tires that can improve processability, crack resistance, ozone resistance, discoloration resistance, and tire appearance while maintaining a good balance between them, and also to provide a pneumatic tire formed from the rubber composition. The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tires, containing: a rubber component; an antioxidant; and polyether, the rubber component having a combined content of polybutadiene rubber, natural rubber, and polyisoprene rubber of 80% by mass or more per 100% by mass of the rubber component, the rubber composition containing the antioxidant in an amount of 0.3 to 7.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, the polyether having an average mass content of at least two consecutive polyethylene oxide units of 85% or less of the polyethylene oxide mass content of the polyether.

Included is a rubber composition for tires including: a rubber component including at least one selected from the group consisting of a specific non-oil extended polybutadiene rubber and a specific oil extended polybutadiene rubber; a phenylenediamine antioxidant; a specific nonionic surfactant; and carbon black and/or silica, the rubber composition having an amount of diene rubber of 70-100% by mass per 100% by mass of the rubber component, the rubber composition having an amount of the phenylenediamine antioxidant of 1.0-8.0 parts by mass, an amount of the nonionic surfactant of 0.1-5.0 parts by mass, and a combined amount of carbon black and silica of 20-45 parts by mass, each per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

摘要: The present invention provides a rubber composition that enables to improve the fuel economy, wet-grip performance, abrasion resistance, and processability in a balanced manner, and a pneumatic tire including the rubber composition. The present invention relates to a rubber composition containing silica and a conjugated diene polymer, the conjugated diene polymer being obtained by reacting a compound containing a nitrogen atom and/or a silicon atom with an active end of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component including a conjugated diene compound and a silicon-containing vinyl compound using a polymerization initiator represented by the following formula (I): wherein an amount of the conjugated diene polymer is not more than 90% by mass based on 100% by mass of a rubber component of the rubber composition, and an amount of the silica is 10 to 150 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a rubber composition includes kneading a rubber component, an inorganic filler and a thioester-based silane coupling agent, and adding a vulcanizing agent and one or more compounds selected from the group of an imide compound and an N-oxyl compound to a mixture of the rubber component, the inorganic filler, and the thioester-based silane coupling agent such that the vulcanizing agent and the imide compound and/or the N-oxyl compound are kneaded with the mixture including the rubber component, the inorganic filler, and the thioester-based silane coupling agent.

摘要: Provided are a method for manufacturing a rubber composition for a tire and a method for manufacturing a tire including this manufacturing method for the rubber composition in the present invention, which are characterized by including the steps of: starting to knead a rubber component, a sulfur donor, and a sulfur atom-containing vulcanization accelerator together before kneading the rubber component with a filler; and then adding a filler to an obtained kneaded product and performing kneading at a kneading temperature of 120° C. or higher. According to the manufacturing methods of the present invention, a rubber composition for a tire and a tire which have good fracture property can be manufactured.
