    摘要: An immunoassay for selectively measuring human C-peptide as well as a kit therefor is disclosed. In the method, human C-peptide contained in a sample, a first anti-human C-peptide antibody, and a second anti-human C-peptide antibody which is immobilized on a solid support are reacted to form an immune complex among these three components. The formed immune complex is separated from the non-reacted antibodies and sample; and then the separated immune complex is quantified. The first antibody recognizes an epitope existing in the region from 1st to 16th amino acid residue from the N-terminal of the human C-peptide, and the second antibody recognizes an epitope existing in the region from 1st to 16th amino acid residue from the N-terminal of human C-peptide; with the proviso that the first and second antibodies do not recognize the same epitope so that they can simultaneously bind to said human C-peptide.

    摘要: In order to provide a constituting part for a fuel battery in which a number of steps of assembling the constituting parts for the fuel battery can be reduced, and in which the replacing property and the maintenance property of fuel battery cell parts can be improved and the cost for parts can be reduced, the structure is made such that a separator made of a carbon plate or substantially similar material, a gas diffusion layer made of a carbon fiber or substantially similar material, and a gasket made of a liquid rubber cured material or substantially similar material are integrally formed, and further, gaskets are respectively provided on both surfaces of a pair of gas diffusion layers holding an independent electrolyte membrane from both sides thereof between the pair.

    摘要: To effectively prevent deformation of an MEA and shift of GDLs, first GDLs, second GDLs, and separators are layered in order at both sides of the MEA in the thickness direction thereof, the gaskets which sandwich an end portion of the MEA outside the first GDLs and the second GDLs are made from rubber or a synthetic resin material having rubber-like elasticity and integrally provided on the separators respectively, the first GDLs have end portions which are formed so as to protrude beyond outer peripheries of the second GDLs, and the gaskets have support step portions which can position and support the end portions of the first GDLs at the same height as the support height by the second GDLs.
