    摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing a high-quality porous film. Here, while the porous film is being manufactured through forming micropores by stretching, a raw film is prevented from slipping on the surfaces of the respective rolls as much as possible even though the raw film includes oil or liquid paraffin as a solvent. The method is for manufacturing a porous film through forming micropores by successive biaxial stretching. A tensile force applied to the raw film F transferring from the longitudinal stretching machine (10) to the transverse stretching machine (50) is set not less than a stretching force necessary for the longitudinal stretching, and thus the raw film is prevented from slipping on a contact surface between the raw film and each roll of the longitudinal stretching machine (10).

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a technology that enables efficient utilization of the purification capability of an exhaust gas purification apparatus. To achieve the object, according to the present invention, in an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine provided with a reducing agent supply apparatus that supplies a reducing agent to the exhaust gas before it flows into an exhaust gas purification apparatus, an extension chamber is provided downstream of the position at which the reducing agent supply apparatus supplies the reducing agent to the exhaust gas and upstream of the exhaust gas purification apparatus. The extension chamber is provided with a back step flow creating portion that creates a back step flow of the exhaust gas in the extension chamber and a swirling flow creating portion that creates a swirling flow. As the exhaust gas and the reducing agent flow into the extension chamber as described above, the mixing of the exhaust gas and the reducing agent is promoted by a combined effect of the back step flow and the swirling flow, and partial localization of the distribution of the flow rate is eliminated.

    摘要: A sheet profile for bank formation is controlled by using a system including a die and two rotational formation rolls arranged substantially to be parallel to each other at a downstream side of the die, in which a plastic material heated and plasticized is fed through a discharge port of the die in shape of sheet to an upstream side of a gap between the two formation rolls and a sheet is formed so as to provide a predetermined sheet profile by passing through the gap between the two rolls under pressure while forming a bank of the plastic material at the upstream side of the roll gap. The sheet profile control is performed by a method comprising the steps of measuring a bank profile of the bank formed to an upstream side of the roll gap and a sheet profile of a sheet fed out through the roll gap, operating an aimed bank profile corresponding to an aimed sheet profile from measured results of the bank profile and the sheet profile to obtain a deviation between the operated aimed bank profile and the measured bank profile, and adjusting a discharge amount distribution of the plastic material at the discharge port of the die to thereby control the sheet profile so as to have a uniform shape.
