Abstract: A display device includes a first electrode and a second electrode on a substrate spaced apart from each other, a first insulating layer on the first and second electrodes, wall patterns on the first insulating layer and overlapping the first electrode and the second electrode, a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and overlapping the wall patterns, light-emitting elements directly on the second insulating layer and between the wall patterns, a bank layer on the first insulating layer and surrounding an area including the light-emitting elements, and a first connecting electrode on the first electrode electrically contacting the light-emitting elements, and a second connecting electrode on the second electrode electrically contacting the light-emitting elements, the first insulating layer includes an organic insulating material, and the second insulating layer includes an inorganic insulating material.
