    Abstract: A display module includes a substrate, and a plurality of pixels provided on the substrate, wherein each of the plurality of pixels includes a first inorganic light emitting element including a distributed Bragg reflectors (DBR) layer, a second inorganic light emitting element including a DBR layer, a third inorganic light emitting element, a first color conversion layer provided adjacent to the first inorganic light emitting element, a second color conversion layer provided adjacent to the second inorganic light emitting element, and a first color filter provided adjacent to the first color conversion layer, a second color filter provided adjacent to the second color conversion layer, wherein a size of the first color conversion layer is larger than a size of the first inorganic light emitting element, and a size of the second color conversion layer is larger than a size of the second inorganic light emitting element.

    Abstract: A display module is disclosed. The display module includes pixels provided on the substrate, one of which includes: inorganic light emitting elements configured to emit light of a same color; light dispersing layers provided on light emitting surfaces of the inorganic light emitting elements; color conversion layers provided on the light dispersing layers; and color filters provided on the color conversion layers. When viewed from above an upper surface of the substrate, the light dispersing layers are larger than the inorganic light emitting elements.

    Abstract: An inorganic light emitting diode is disclosed. The inorganic light emitting diode includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer having a light emitting surface composed of four sides, an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, a first electrode coupled to the first semiconductor layer, and a second electrode coupled to the second semiconductor layer, wherein the light emitting surface has a trapezoid shape in which two opposing sides are symmetric with respect to each other.
