Abstract:
A mobile device includes a memory configured to store a program; and a processor configured to control one or more external apparatuses by executing the program. The program includes commands which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to identify the one or more external apparatuses communicable with and controllable by the mobile device, from a plurality of external apparatuses; provide apparatus information of the one or more external apparatuses, to a server; receive, from the server, control information for controlling the one or more external apparatuses for a user's intention; and transmit a control command to the one or more external apparatuses based on the received control information.
Abstract:
A method and device for radiating light used to capture an iris are provided. The device for radiating light to capture an iris of a user includes a lens unit including a lens array of arranged lenses, a light source configured to radiate light beams into the iris of the user via the arranged lenses by emitting the light beams toward the arranged lenses, and a controller configured to change positions of the arranged lenses based on a distance between the device and the iris, in which the lens array is positioned between the light source and the iris.
Abstract:
A terminal apparatus is disclosed. The terminal apparatus includes a display; a communicator configured to receive an incoming call; a storage configured to store contact object information including a connecting application corresponding to caller identification information; and a controller configured to receive the incoming call including the caller identification information received through the communicator, execute the connecting application corresponding to the caller identification information, and display a search result related to the contact object information in a screen of the executed connecting application on the display. Accordingly, it is possible to determine a counterpart during connecting a call, and automatically execute the connecting application per contact information.
Abstract:
A source driver includes an output unit and a pre-charge unit. The output unit includes a first output amplifier to output a first output voltage and a second output amplifier to output a second output voltage. A polarity of the second output voltage is opposite to a polarity of the first output voltage. The pre-charge unit pre-charges an input of the first output amplifier and an input of the second output amplifier during a first period, upon a polarity change of the output unit.
Abstract:
A method of controlling an external apparatus includes: receiving an input command of a user and biometric information of the user from a device; determining a condition for controlling the external apparatus and operation of the external apparatus based on the received input command of the user and the received biometric information of the user; and providing a control command for controlling the operation of the external apparatus if the determined condition is satisfied.
Abstract:
A method of fitting a hearing aid connected to a mobile terminal is provided. The method may include acquiring location information of a location of the mobile terminal, transmitting the location information to a server, receiving, from the server, information about at least one recommended fitting parameter model adapted to hearing conditions of the location and hearing characteristics of a user of the hearing aid, and displaying the information about the at least one recommended fitting parameter model. The method may also include receiving a fitting parameter model selected by the user from among the at least one recommended fitting parameter model, and controlling the hearing aid to function according to the received fitting parameter model.
Abstract:
A user terminal and a providing method thereof are provided. The method includes acquiring an iris image, determining a capturing condition of the iris image, converting the acquired iris image to an iris code and performing iris recognition by comparing the converted iris code with an iris code corresponding to a determined capturing condition among pre-registered iris codes, determining a physical condition of a user who is subject to the iris recognition on the basis of an iris recognition matching rate being within a preset range, and providing a determined physical condition result.
Abstract:
A device for managing applications installed on the device and a method thereof are provided. The device includes a controller configured to obtain driving information of the applications in response to the applications being executed, and determine an application satisfying an uninstall condition, among the applications, based on the driving information. The device further includes an interface configured to change a display of an object indicating the determined application, based on the uninstall condition.
Abstract:
Provided are a device and method for displaying association information associated with a first application and a second application. The method may include: presenting a list of applications executable by the device; receiving a user input of moving an icon of the first application, in the presented list of the applications, to an icon of the second application; obtaining the association information associated with the first application and the second application by using at least one piece of preset data corresponding to the icon of the first application, in response to the received user input; and presenting the obtained association information in a periphery of the icon of the second application.
