摘要： An encoding method comprises receiving a plurality of video frames including first and third reference frames (F1, F3) and a target frame (F2); generating a temporary frame based on assumed constant-velocity motion between the first and third reference frames (F1, F3); comparing the temporary frame target frame to detect nonlinear motion (errors in the temporary frame) between the first and third reference frames and to produce motion vector information between the target frame and at least one of the reference frames according to the comparison; and encoding the reference frames and the motion vector information.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a method of a base station configured to select a precoding mode in a mobile communication system. When channel estimate information is received from at least one terminal, the channel estimate information is collected, so that user grouping is performed according to one precoding scheme from among multiple precoding schemes. Individual user scheduling is performed according to each precoding scheme, so that a service candidate group set is generated. The selected precoding scheme is maximized according to a transmission capacity of a service candidate group set for each precoding scheme. Data is then transmitted to a determined candidate group set using the determined precoding scheme.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention relate to a steam turbine in which unnecessary axial force is reduced. The steam turbine is capable of preventing a working fluid discharged from each nozzle-equipped rotary body from acting as resistance to the nozzle-equipped rotary bodies. The steam turbine includes a housing, a turbine shaft supported pivotably in the housing, a nozzle-equipped rotary body, and a guide panel. The nozzle-equipped rotary body is in the shape of a plurality of disks stacked along the axial direction of the turbine shaft, is integrally coupled to the turbine shaft, and has at least one or more nozzle holes formed therein so as to rotate as the working fluid is ejected. The guide panel is positioned at the rear end in a flow direction of the working fluid of the nozzle-equipped rotary body and fixed to the housing to guide the flow of the working fluid.

According to the automatic balance adjusting centrifuge of the present invention, the structure is simplified as well as the precise and exact transfer of the balance weight is possible by connecting the balance weight with the axis of the motor directly and adopting the length sensor. Furthermore, the efficiency of space utilization is enhanced because the axis of rotation of the balance weight transfer motor is in radial direction of the rotational arm.
