    摘要: An actinic energy ray curable adhesive contains a urethane resin (D) and a epoxy resin (E). The urethane resin (D) is prepared by reacting a diol ingredient (A1) having no (meth)acryloyl group, an optional diol ingredient (A2) having no (meth)acryloyl group, no carbonate structure and no alicyclic structure, a polyol ingredient (B) having a (meth)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, and a polyisocyanate ingredient (C) together. The ingredient (A1) is selected from a diol (a1) having a carbonate structure and an alicyclic structure in a molecule, a combination of a diol (a2) having no alicyclic structure but having a carbonate structure, and a diol (a3) having no carbonate structure but having an alicyclic structure, and a combination of a diol (a1) and at least one of the diol (a2) and the diol (a3).

    摘要: In an induction heating coil for heating a shaft member having multiple steps, annular conductors are separately disposed in the axis direction, the annular conductors having inner diameters so as to form predetermined gaps with outer peripheries of heating portions of the shaft member, the lengths of annular conductors (1, 2, and 3) are set so that the areas of the respective heating portions are approximately equal to each other, and the annular conductors are connected to each other in series, so that the respective step shaft portions of the shaft member are uniformly heated. The annular conductors described above may be formed to have shapes in conformity with the shapes of the heating portions of the shaft member and may be formed to have a step shape corresponding to steps of the shaft member having different outer diameters. In addition, at least one annular protrusion is provided for at least one of the annular conductors at a place corresponding to a root of a step of the shaft member so as to heat the root of the shaft.

    摘要: There is disclosed a work data collection method. In a darkroom, a data collector (12) photographs a series of jobs through an infrared video camera (14) while observing the jobs being done by a worker (11) through a darkroom goggle. At each break point between the jobs, the data collector operates a hand switch board (21) to enter a break point signal and select a corresponding job title from among a list of job titles displayed on an LCD device (15) that the data collector puts on behind the darkroom goggle. Then, the break point signal and job title data are recorded in association with each other on a hard disc of a portable personal computer (20). If the corresponding job title is not listed, the data collector says that job title to enter it as a sound signal through a microphone. The sound signal is converted into character data of the job title. Video signal of the jobs, the break point signals and the job title data are transferred to a personal computer (25), to be processed for the sake of analysis and examination.
