Abstract: A VA liquid crystal display panel based on BM-less technology and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The VA liquid crystal display panel based on BM-less technology includes a color mixture prevention zone that is formed of a stacked arrangement of red color resist and blue color resist and is used in combination with a main photo spacer and a sub photo spacer that are formed of a black material as a substitute of a black matrix. Further, the color mixture prevention zone has a portion that corresponds to the main photo spacer and the sub photo spacer and includes a recess formed therein. The main photo spacer is in engagement with a bottom of the recess to increase a height difference between the main photo spacer and the sub photo spacer and thus expanding LC margin and ensuring product yield rate.

Abstract: The present invention provides a pixel structure and a liquid crystal display panel. Areas of the red sub pixel (R) and the green sub pixel (G) are set to be equal, and an area of the blue sub pixel (B) is smaller than the area of the red sub pixel (R) or the green sub pixel (G), and an area of the white sub pixel (W) is not less than the area of the red sub pixel (R) or the green sub pixel (G). By adjusting the area ratio of the red sub pixel (R), the green sub pixel (G), the blue sub pixel (B) and the white sub pixel (W) to reduce the area of the blue sub pixel (B) and relatively enlarge the area of the white sub pixel (W), the white dot coordinate in the RGBW liquid crystal display panel can be adjusted.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a black matrix, a method for manufacturing the same and a liquid panel having the same. The black matrix is manufactured by the following steps. A mixture of resin compositions is coated on a substrate. After being dried, the black matrix is patterned by lithography. The mixture of resin compositions includes an adhesive resin, a photoinitiator, a small molecule monomer, a solvent, a light shielding material, an azo compound and an additive. According to the disclosure, the light shielding ability density of the black matrix is improved and the optical density of the black matrix of is increased by adding the azo compound having the property of polarization. Also, the usage of light shielding material in the black matrix is decreased and resistance of the black matrix is increased.

Abstract: The present invention provides a VA type COA liquid crystal display panel, and the first light shielding layer having red or blue color resist material and the common electrode above the first light shielding layer are correspondingly located above the gate scan line, and the common electrode is electrically coupled to the common electrode layer on the upper substrate, and thus, the voltage difference of the upper, lower substrates is 0 at the gate scan line. Moreover, the panel appears an often black state at the gate scan line because the liquid crystal is not driven by the voltage; besides, the second light shielding layer formed by stacking up two of the red, the green and the blue color resist materials is correspondingly located above the data line; accordingly, the black matrix is eliminated, and the panel aperture ratio is high.
