    摘要: A backlight module and a display device are disclosed. The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, whereby the technical problem of dark spots existing at the corners of the liquid crystal display device in the prior art can be solved.The backlight module comprises a reflective sheet and a plurality of light sources that are arranged on said reflective sheet, wherein the reflective sheet at edges and corners of said backlight module has a certain slope or curvature; and adjusting members, arranged at corners of said backlight module, so that the slope or curvature of the reflective sheet at the corners of said backlight module matches the slope or curvature of the reflective sheet at the edges of said backlight module.

    摘要: Disclosed are a backlight source and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method of manufacturing the backlight source comprises the following steps: forming a base layer, a dielectric layer, and a conductive layer stacked successively from bottom to top to form a semi-finished PCB; the semi-finished PCB is divided into a light bar area and a heat dissipating area; the conductive layer is divided into a first conductive area and a second conductive area insulated from each other; etching the second conductive area to form a preset conductive circuit; spraying insulating paint upon the conductive layer to form the insulating layer, thus producing the PCB; and installing the LED onto the light bar area and making it in electrical connection with the second conductive area.

    摘要: This invention discloses an edge-lit LED backlight module, a liquid crystal display device and a method for fixing a reflection sheet. This backlight module comprises a backplate, a sidewall connected to the backplate, a light guide plate arranged on the backplate, a light-emitting device arranged on the backplate, and a reflection sheet arranged between the backplate and the light guide plate; wherein the light guide plate has a light-exiting top surface and a light-entering side adjacent to the light-exiting top surface, and the light-emitting device is located between the light-entering side and the sidewall. This backlight module further includes at least a first tension member and a second tension member with their both ends respectively connected to the reflection sheet and the backplate. The backlight module herein can effectively prevent the reflection sheet from warping caused by thermal expansion and further improve the optical quality of the backlight module.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a backlight module, a printed circuit board used for a backlight module, and a manufacturing method for the same. The printed circuit board comprises a light bar region and a heat dissipating region. The light bar region used for mounting a light bar of the backlight module and formed with a conductive circuit for supplying power for the light bar; and the heat dissipating region connected with the light bar region, wherein, a connection location of the light bar region and the heat dissipating region disposes with a cutting slot and the cutting slot locates at a side of the printed circuit board for mounting the light bar in order to prevent a short-circuit connection between the heat dissipating region and the conductive circuit of the light bar region through the cutting slot. The present invention can avoid the short circuit problem due to uncompleted etching of the conductive layer on the heat dissipating region of the printed circuit board.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a printed circuit board of a backlight module is provided. The printed circuit board includes a light bar region and a heat dissipating region. The light bar region used for mounting a light bar of the backlight module and formed with a conductive circuit for supplying power for the light bar. The heat dissipating region is connected with the light bar region. A connection location of the light bar region and the heat dissipating region is subjected to cutting to form a slot located at a side of the printed circuit board in order to prevent short-circuiting between the heat dissipating region and the conductive circuit of the light bar region. The cutting is made to partly penetrate through the thickness of a dielectric layer on which the conductive circuit is formed in order to completely separate the light bar region from the heat dissipating region.
