摘要： A vehicle floor panel has curved portions formed thereon and protruding downward in a spherical fashion, and each of which is surrounded by a substantially horizontal portion. Ribs extending from the curved portions to a vertical wall portion of a tunnel portion and protruding upward are provided. Ribs extending between the curved portions and protruding downward are also provided. Furthermore, ribs protruding upward are provided. According to the construction, the rigidity of various types of vehicle floor panels can be enhanced in an ensured fashion.

The integrated-inverter electric compressor includes an inverter device provided in an inverter container on the outer circumference of a housing. The inverter device includes an inverter module formed by integrating a power-related metal substrate and a resin case and is provided with a control-related substrate on the upper surface of the inverter module; the resin case is integrated with mounting legs provided at a plurality of locations on the circumference; the mounting legs are grounded to the power-related metal substrate and the control-related substrate; and grounding terminals, which frame-ground the substrates to the housing, are insert-molded in such a manner that the grounding terminals are securable to the inverter container with screws.

The control circuit board (25) includes a substrate body (41) constituted of an insulator, and heat-conducting through members (42) constituted of a good thermal conductor filled through in a thickness direction of the substrate body (41). One end of each of the heat-conducting through members (42) is disposed in a heat transferable manner on the heat-dissipating planar part (31), and the electrical component (39) is disposed in a heat transferable manner on the other end.

摘要： The object is to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner capable of reducing standby power requirements during nonuse. The voltage supply from a communication power source 80 is turned on and off on the basis of a signal from a communication driver 27a and an electric switch is changed over, whereby the voltage supply from a vehicle-mounted battery power source 50 to a DC-DC converter 26 is turned on and off and the voltage supply to a motor-control microcomputer 24 and a gate circuit 22 is turned on and off. As a result of this, during nonuse the operating state of the motor-control microcomputer 24 is shifted to a sleep mode by performing control by a host ECU 60, whereby the voltage supply is suspended and it becomes possible to reduce power consumption.

摘要： There is provided an integrated electric compressor having a circuit configuration capable of decreasing the size thereof while restraining current ripples. In an inverter of the electric compressor, by providing a capacitor 13 and a reactor 14 between a power source and an inverter board 12, the ripples of a driving voltage is restrained, and a motor can be driven with high efficiency and the size of a housing can be decreased. Further, by connecting the capacitor 13 and the reactor 14 to a power board 16 by using a bus bar 23, the voltage ripple restraining effect is further increased, and the capacitor 13 and the reactor 14 are unitized integrally by the bus bar 23 to improve the assembling workability of the power board 16.

A stem (6) pushing against a billet loaded in a container is held at the slide table (73) horizontally. The slide table slides in the vertical direction along the vertical face of the support. When the slide table is positioned at the bottom end of the guide groove, the hydraulic cylinders (77-1, 2) are driven so that the rods (78-1, 2) push the back surface of the slide table against the vertical face of the support. Therefore, the axis of the stem is held matched with the axis of the container.
