    摘要: An injection apparatus of an injection molding machine includes a heating cylinder and a screw disposed in the heating cylinder, and the screw is axially moved and rotated in the heating cylinder for plasticizing the molten material by mechanisms or devices assembled in the injection apparatus, which is driven by electric drive means through driving power transmission means. The electric drive means comprises two servomotors and the power transmission means comprises two power transmission mechanisms operatively connected to the servomotors respectively so that one of the two servomotors drives a mechanism for axially moving the screw through one of the two power transmission mechanisms and the other of the two servomotors drives a mechanism for rotating the screw through the other of the two power transmission mechanisms, parallelly or concurrently.

    摘要: Products having a relatively large thickness such as optical lenses for various industrial applications are molded by an injection molding machine by advancing the screw by operating an injection cylinder for filling metered quantity of a molten resin into a metal mold. The screw is rotated while it is being advanced. A plurality of position setters are provided along the stroke of the screw and their outputs are respectively compared with the output of a screw position detector by using comparators. The outputs of the comparators are used to effect a program control of screw rotation in multistages. According to a modified embodiment, during the filling step effected by screw rotation, the injection speed is varied stepwisely. The injection speed is reduced to zero for a short interval and then increased again. The number of revolutions of the screw, however, is maintained at a constant value until the injection speed is increased again.

An adhesive composition for optical applications, which contains a modified (meth)acrylic graft polymer and an isocyanate crosslinking agent, is prepared. The modified (meth)acrylic graft polymer is obtained by graft polymerizing chains, each of which contains a cyclic ether group-containing monomer, to the trunk polymer, and contains, as constituent components, an alkyl(meth)acrylate, a cyclic ether group-containing monomer, and an acyclic ether group-containing monomer. An adhesive layer for optical applications, which is formed from the composition, an optical member, an image display device and the like are also produced.

    摘要: A reactive polymer-supporting porous film is provided as a battery separator which comprises a porous substrate film and a partially crosslinked reactive polymer supported on the porous substrate film. The partially crosslinked reactive polymer is obtained by the reaction of a crosslinkable polymer having at least one group selected from the 3-oxetanyl group and epoxy group reactive with a polycarboxylic acid. The reactive polymer-supporting porous film has a separator and electrodes sufficiently bonded to each other and with low inner resistance suitably used for production of battery excellent in high rate performance. Further, provided is a method of producing a battery which comprises placing the electrode/reactive polymer-supporting porous film layered body in a battery container; introducing an electrolytic solution containing a cationic polymerization catalyst into the battery container thereby bonding the porous film and electrodes together.

    摘要: The invention provides a battery, which can improve battery characteristics such as high temperature storage characteristics. The battery comprises a battery device, wherein a cathode and an anode are wound with a separator in between. The anode contains an anode material capable of inserting and extracting Li as an anode active material. An electrolytic solution is impregnated in the separator. The electrolytic solution contains a solvent, and an electrolyte salt such as Li[B(CF3)4] dissolved in the solvent, which is expressed by a chemical formula of Li[B(RF1)(RF2)(RF3)RF4]. RF1, RF2, RF3, and RF4 represent a perfluoro alkyl group whose number of fluorine or carbon is from 1 to 12, respectively. Consequently, high temperature storage characteristics are improved.
