    摘要： An acceleration information detecting unit of an acceleration detecting apparatus having an acceleration sensor with at least one axis that measures acceleration in a back and forth direction (or a right and left direction) of a walking person. Acceleration data indicating the acceleration is sent to a wireless communication control unit. The wireless communication control unit sends the acceleration data to a physical movement analyzer using a short-distance wireless communication method. On the other hand, the wireless communication control unit of the physical movement analyzer receives the acceleration data that is sent from the acceleration detecting apparatus using a short-distance wireless communication method and sends it to a walking speed detecting unit. The walking speed detecting unit estimates strides and walking period based on the received acceleration data and calculates the walking speed based on the strides and the walking period.

    摘要： An abnormality detection device includes small motion sensors that detect small motions of a person in a house; a data collecting unit that collects and stores sensor signals from the small motion sensors as sensor patterns, and a Markov chain operating unit 33 that transforms the sensor patterns into a cluster sequence by vector-quantizing input patterns which are obtained by averaging and normalizing the sensor patterns, and calculates a transition number matrix and a duration time distribution of a Markov and so on using a Markov chain model. The abnormality detection device also includes a comparing unit that calculates a characteristic amount (Euclid distance and average log likelihood in an appearance frequency of a Markov chain and an average log likelihood to the duration time distribution of a Markov chain) of a sample activity as against a daily activity based on the obtained transition number matrix and the duration time distribution and so on.

Moreover, the fixing tool is equipped with a notched portion such that the fixing tool may be self-ruptured when an excessive external force is applied to a fuel cell stack constituting a fuel cell system.
