摘要: A mechanism for cooling optical fibers which include optical fibers, metal netting wound around the fibers to conduct heat therefrom, and a sheath in which the fibers and netting are inserted. In accordance with one embodiment, the sheath and netting are spaced from each other so as to permit cooling air to flow therebetween to cool the fibers. In another embodiment, the netting is connected to a cooler by a heat connected element so that heat in the fibers is drawn to the cooler through the heat conductive element to cool the fibers.

摘要: A thread material cutting device is provided which is used in an extraction bag sheet manufacturing apparatus, the thread material cutting device having a compact apparatus configuration without the use of a cutter. An extraction bag manufacturing apparatus with the thread material cutting device incorporated therein includes welding means (first sealing device) in which tags retained on a carrying face of a carrier at prescribed intervals and a thread material arranged so as to be placed over the tags are press-heated and thereby welded on the carrier. The thread material cutting device has tension application means such as a pressing plate configured to engage with the thread material placed between adjacent tags so as to apply tension to the thread material. While the welding means is press-heating the thread material onto the tags, the tension application means applies tension to the thread material so as to cut the thread material.

摘要: A drip bag having a bag body and a holder which is formed from a sheet material and is adhered to the bag body. The holder is folded into two parts, a front surface and a rear surface, on a center fold line, and the center fold line overlaps a lateral side of the bag body. V-shaped fold lines bent in V-shapes and extending from the open edge of the drip bag toward the bottom direction thereof are formed in regions on the side of the center fold line of the front surface and the rear surface of the holder. In addition, overhanging parts, which have concave portions for hooking, are formed in a manner that allows them to be pulled open on both the left and right sides of the lower end of each of the front surface and the rear surface of the holder.

摘要: A drip bag is devised so that the good taste of coffee made by a conventional paper drip system can be obtained using a simple construction, and so that the drip bag can be set easily and securely on the cup even in cases where the thickness of the walls of the opening part of the cup is large. The drip bag includes a bag main body which is made of a water-permeable filtering sheet material and which has an opening part in the upper end portion of said bag main body, holding members which are made of a thin sheet-form material and which are disposed on the outside surfaces of two opposite sides of the bag main body, and reinforcing parts which are made of a thin sheet-form material and which are pasted to the outside surface of the bag main body around the peripheral parts of the holding members. Each of these holding members is formed from a tongue part which is pasted to the outside surface of the bag main body, an arm part which is located on the periphery of the tongue part, which is continuous with the lower end of the tongue part and which is formed so that said arm part can be pulled out from the bag main body, and a peripheral edge part of a specified shape, which is located on the periphery of the arm part and which is continuous with the central portion of the upper end of the arm part.

摘要: A fiber sheet is obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric on a gauze. The gauze satisfies a warp fineness of 5 to 40 deniers, a warp density of 40 to 100 warps/inch, a weft fineness of 5 to 40 deniers, and a weft density of 20 to 100 wefts/inch. The nonwoven fabric is made of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, or a carded nonwoven fabric, having a fineness of 4.0 deniers or less. The fiber sheet has a basis weight of 7.5 to 20 g/m2. The fiber sheet is excellent like a gauze in terms of its transparency and strength and suitable also for contents having fine particle diameters. The fiber sheet can be obtained at a high productivity.
