摘要: A system for resistance welding in which the welding voltage between the electrodes is controlled by changing the pressure applied to the electrodes or the firing phase angle of the welding current in accordance with a reference voltage curve or a reference voltage integration curve. The system comprises a voltage sensor, a reference voltage generator, a differential amplifier, and a pressure control device, or a calculating unit for determining an appropriate firing phase angle of the welding current. The system thus improved can ensure a stable, good welding quality, since the welding voltage is always controlled by a series of optimum welding voltages, during the welding process, in accordance with a reference voltage curve with respect to time, preferably in terms of cycles of the welding current.

摘要: A method and system for determining weld quality in resistance welding in such a manner that acceptance or unacceptance is determined by comparing with their respective reference values the electrode voltage, the electrode current time, the number of electrode voltage pulse signals in excess of the reference value, and the integral of difference between the electrode voltage in excess of a base voltage and the base voltage, independently or simultaneously, in addition to the comparison of the electrode resistance with its reference value. The relatively low-priced system according to the present invention can determine weld quality accurately even when the electrode tips are deformed or crushed so as to form other current path areas.

摘要: A clad pipe (70) is produced by heating PVDF to 180° C., and then this PVDF being extruded from a melt-extrusion device. The clad pipe (70) has a square cross-section whose sides L1 are 20 mm length, and in a center thereof, there is a square hole. In the square hole, a core (72) mainly includes PMMA is formed. Accordingly, a preform (12) having a clad (71) of PVDF and the core (72) of PMMA is obtained. The preform (12) is heat-soften-drawn at 210° C. A drawing ratio is 1600. Finally, an optical member (14) having a 0.5 mm square cross-section is obtained.

摘要: A method and device for checking a joint of an electronic component is arranged to apply heat energy to a joint containing a heat conductive material and receive the infrared ray radiated from said joint with an infrared camera. By processing the image information output from the infrared camera, the method and device can offer an area of a defect, an area ratio of a defect, pixel coordinates, a temperature distribution pattern, a distance between central axes of a particular portion of the joint, or a gradient angle. The obtained value is compared with a predetermined value for determining the kind of a defect and whether or not the joint is defective.

摘要: A preform (15) is hung from an arm (72) into a heating furnace (74). The heating furnace (74) has five heater units (90-94). A gas supply device (77) supplies nitrogen gas to the heating furnace (74). The heating furnace (74) is divided into five sections by orifices (95-100), and the temperature of each divided section is controlled by the heater units (90-94) provided in each section. A seal member (106) attached to the top side of the heating furnace (74) shields the heating furnace (74) from external air, so it is possible to prevent turbulence in the divided sections in the heating furnace (74).
