摘要: An approach is provided for a meeting assist process to receive, over one or more communications networks, a meeting request for meeting assistance, the request including meeting background information, the meeting assist process instantiating an information gathering module to automatically parse the background information to form one or more queries for collecting data across a plurality of data sources, query a plurality of data sources to gather information, and distribute the gathered information automatically to predetermined locations. The meeting assist process further instantiates a meeting artificial intelligence module to monitor the meeting and apply artificial intelligence to automatically detect and track meeting progress, and automatically instantiates a summarization artificial intelligence module upon the meeting ending to generate a meeting analysis including at least a post-meeting summary and sentiment analysis, and automatically distributes the meeting analysis to a shared repository database or a predetermined email list.

The first data is associated with the data item. After associating the first data with the data item, code data is generated. Encoded data that encodes the code data is then generated. The encoded data is sent over a computer network to a mobile device, or an account, of a user that is associated with the data item.

摘要: Techniques for obtaining health data from a health kiosk information system and notifying users according to pre-registered notification rules are provided. In one technique, a computing system (1) receives, over one or more computer networks, from a health kiosk information system, healthcare data including at least a healthcare value that is obtained by one or more health kiosks that are managed by the health kiosk information system, the health kiosk information system being distinct from the computing system; (2) reads, from a memory, notification rule data including a condition to be notified and a notification destination, the condition corresponding to the healthcare value; (3) determines whether the healthcare value that is included in the healthcare data is applicable to the condition included in the notification rule data; and (4) in response to determining that the healthcare value is applicable, sends a notification to the notification destination.

摘要: Techniques for managing access to physical assets based on captured digital data and a database are provided. In one technique, one or more functions in an application that executes on a client device are locked. A smart badge that is associated with healthcare information is then received from a remote server system. In response to receiving the smart badge, the one or more functions are unlocked. After unlocking the one or more functions and in response to user input that selects a particular function of the one or more functions, a request and identification data that pertain to the particular function are transmitted over a computer network.

摘要: A graphical user interface (GUI) is presented, which visually aggregates information from various information source systems to facilitate management of health-based safety practices in the workplace. Specifically, the methods and systems described herein visually aggregate information from at least a location information system and a health kiosk information system in a GUI. Specifically, a visual aggregation application includes, in a GUI, a map of a monitored physical area that displays health-interaction values for respective humans, associated with displayed location indicators, occupying the monitored physical area. According to an embodiment, the application includes, in the GUI, alerts of enhanced-risk distancing criteria violations in the monitored physical area. An enhanced-risk distancing criteria violation is an instance of distancing criteria violation between two or more humans in the monitored physical area, where one or more of the humans is also associated with a health warning.

摘要: A mobile device generates and transmits to a print cloud server application via email, a print cloud request that specifies information to be printed. The print cloud server application generates and assigns a print job to a printing device group that corresponds to the destination email address of the print cloud request and generates and returns a release code to the mobile device. A user enters the release code at a printing device and the printing device generates and transmits, to the print cloud server application, a request for a print job. The request for a print job includes the release code and data that identifies the printing device group to which the printing device belongs. The print cloud server application releases the print job to the printing device if the printing device and the print job correspond to the same printing device group.

摘要: An approach provides access to cloud services that are impractical or difficult to implement on end-user devices without a high level of programming skill and customization. The approach uses a first set of cloud services, referred to herein as Integrated Cloud Environment (ICE) cloud services, to access to a second set of cloud services, referred to herein as Smart Integration (SI) cloud services, on end-user devices. The ICE cloud services provide a user-friendly user interface for accessing the SI cloud services via an end-user device, implement the Application Program Interfaces (APIs) of the SI cloud services, and also manage results generated by the SI cloud services. The ICE cloud services also manage user information, authorization credentials and tokens needed to access third-party services. According to another embodiment, the SI cloud and the ICE cloud are integrated using direct linking, i.e., directly linking an end-user device to the SI cloud.

The multi-function print server administration service enables the modified first set of one or more application services on the one or more multi-function print devices.
