    摘要: Disclosed is a method of preparing alkyl butyrate, which comprises: (a) producing a fermented liquid containing butyrate salt through a fermentation process using butyric acid-producing strains; (b) obtaining an extracted liquid containing butyric acid from a continuous extracting apparatus using an extraction solvent, after converting the butyrate salt into butyric acid by adding an inorganic acid except for carbonic acid or carbon dioxide into the fermented liquid, wherein the continuous extracting apparatus includes a plurality of extraction plates which are installed inside an extraction column and perform a reciprocating motion vertically, and the broth and the extraction solvent are supplied to upper and lower portions of the column, respectively; and (c) reacting the extracted liquid and alcohol having a carbon number of 4 or less or a mixture thereof in an esterification reactor to convert a resultant product into alkyl butyrate. According to the present invention, butyric acid existing in microbic culture fluid can be efficiently extracted, and furthermore, competitively priced alkyl butyrate can be prepared without an additional process of separating the extracted solvent while minimizing energy consumption.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a preparation method for alcohol by reacting carboxylic acid, alcohol, and hydrogen using hydrogenation catalysts. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for preparing alcohol by performing esterification and hydrocracking in a one-step process using hydrogenation catalysts instead of a two-step process. According to the invention, alcohol is prepared from carboxylic acid through esterification and hydrogenation in a one-step process using hydrogenation catalysts. Therefore, production costs and by-product treatment costs can be reduced in comparison to a two-step process. In addition, the invention is effective and economical since it can produce alcohol at relatively high yield by a simple process. Further, the invention allows high yield at relatively lower pressure when compared to alcohol production from carboxylic acid through hydrogenation without esterification and solves the problems of leaching by catalysts.

    摘要: A lead-on-chip lead frame adapted to mount a chip divided into two independent circuit blocks thereon, the independent circuit blocks having pads arranged laterally and symmetrically with respect to a central portion of the chip, respectively. The lead-on-chip lead frame has a plurality of elongated common leads each adapted to wire-bond pads of each pad pair having the same function respectively arranged on the circuit blocks, each common lead extending laterally from the central portion of the chip in such a manner that it is lead out beyond a desired side edge of the chip. In this lead frame, the number of leads is reduced, thereby minimizing the size of the package.
