摘要： The present invention relates to a fabric arrangement and pillow designed to prevent skin lines and wrinkle formation while improving sleep using combinations of fabrics, cooling technologies and scents. The present invention is designed with a specific fabric and materials combination that create a surface in which the shear stresses causing skin lines and wrinkles are eliminated. Multiple layers make up the fabric arrangement include a top layer comprising a stretchable material and a second layer comprising a low friction material relative to the first layer. Supporting the first two layer is a support layer such as foam. Lower layers may comprise a cooling material, an antimicrobial or anti-allergenic material and a scent layer.

In one or more embodiments, the exercise apparatus comprises arms rotatably secured via a joint that allows the arms to provide resistance in virtually any direction. The exercise apparatus utilizes this capability to resist motions of various exercises and body motions to tone and strengthen a user's muscles. The resistance provided may be adjustable by an adjustable resistance assembly or by a cuff and socket assembly that applies variable force to a spherical head of the joint of the exercise apparatus.

摘要： The improved exercise apparatus comprises a housing assembly having first and second arm members. The apparatus may be used to perform a variety of full body exercises generally by moving the first and second arms about an axial stem of the housing assembly. In one embodiment, the arm members rotate or pivot about the axial stem. A tension assembly provides resistance to the movement of the arm members while a positioning assembly allows the arm members to be positioned and secured in various positions relative to one another. One or more handle attachments may be provided to allow the apparatus to be grasped or used in various ways. A method of training various portions of the body with the apparatus is also provided herein.

The restrictor band is expandable between a first position and a second position. The restrictor band may have fracturable sections configured to fracture in responds to pressure thereby increasing a diameter of the one or more restrictor bands to a diameter greater than the second diameter. The one or more restrictor bands may comprise restrictor bands of at least two different inner diameters.
