The vacuum evaporation coating device includes a plurality of evaporation sources, a rotating part adapted to rotate the plurality of evaporation sources and a coating block plate adapted to block all but one of said plurality of evaporation sources at any time, each of the plurality of evaporation sources comprise a case, a melting pot arranged within said case, an evaporation material arranged within the melting pot, a heating device arranged outside the melting pot and adapted to heat and evaporate the evaporation material, and a cooling device adapted to block heat generated by the heating device from transferring to an outside.

    摘要： An apparatus detecting the position of the functional layer of the electrode plate includes a first electrode plate sensor disposed at a side of a material to sense start points of electrode plates continuously formed on the material at uniform intervals, a second electrode plate sensor disposed at an other side of the material to sense a length of the electrode plate, a functional layer sensor provided behind the first electrode plate sensor and the second electrode plate sensor above a material traveling direction to sense position and length of the functional layer formed on the electrode by sensing a difference in color, and a controller feeding back a feedback result indicating whether the functional layer is correctly coated through values sensed by the first electrode plate sensor, the second electrode plate sensor, and the functional layer sensor.

    摘要： A coating liquid storage tank and a micro gravure coating device having the same, the coating liquid storage tank including: a supply port to supply a coating liquid; a discharge port provided at a bottom of the storage tank to discharge the coating liquid; and a buffer plate provided above the discharge port to allow foreign substance in the supplied coating liquid to pass to the discharge port and to block waves in the supplied coating liquid from the bottom of the storage tank. In addition, the micro gravure coating device includes the coating liquid storage tank, and a micro gravure roll provided at an upper portion of the coating liquid storage tank and at least partially submerged in the coating liquid. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent floating matters from being coated on a substrate.

    摘要： A microwave oven is provided which has enhanced operating efficiency and which makes less noise by independently forming a flow of air for a hood function and a flow of air for cooling an electric equipment installation chamber and by mounting an exhaust filter only on one side of an air duct. The microwave oven includes a ventilation motor assembly for forming a flow of air for the hood function and a flow of air for cooling the electric equipment installation chamber. In addition, the flow of air discharged from the ventilation motor assembly is forced to flow through the air duct which has passages divided into a first duct portion and a second duct portion. Moreover, an exhaust filter is installed only in the duct portion through which the flow of air for the hood function passes. Furthermore, the electric equipment installation chamber is formed at an upper side of a cooking cavity so that the electric equipment is installed in a position adjacent to the ventilation motor assembly. With a microwave oven having such structure, the air flows smoothly, and noise due to the flow of air is minimized.
