摘要: A wireless device (100) is configured for dual mode V2X communications over multiple short range radio interfaces. The wireless device (100) is configured to transmit ITS messages over a first short range radio interface configured to operate according to a first communication standard (e.g. PC5 or IEEE 802.11p), and to receive ITS messages over both the first short range radio interface and a second short radio interface configured to operate according to a second communication standard. Implementing the transmitter chain of only one technology, either PC5 or IEEE 802.11p, at each wireless device (100) reduces complexity and mitigates co-channel and adjacent channel interference that is caused by uncoordinated and concurrent transmissions of different technologies from the same wireless device. Implementing receiver chains for both PC5 and 802.11p allows the wireless device (100) to receive signals in the ITS frequency band regardless of which technology the transmitting device is using.

The method comprises generating a tag for an associated data packet at a first layer, the generated tag indicating one or more parameters related to transmission of the associated data packet. The method comprises signaling the tag from the first layer to another layer. The method comprises mapping, at the another layer, the associated data packet to a logical channel based on the one or more parameters indicated by the tag, and selecting one or more resources for transmission of the associated data packet based on the mapping of the associated data packet to the logical channel.

摘要: A technique for transmitting and receiving data in a radio communication from a second radio device to a first radio device is described. As to a method aspect of the technique, one or more radio resources are determined based on radio signals received at the first radio device. The one or more radio resources comprise at least one spatial stream among different spatial streams receivable at the first radio device. A status message indicative of the one or more determined radio resources is transmitted to the second radio device. The data from the second radio device is received at the first radio device on at least one radio resource depending on the one or more radio resources indicated in the transmitted status message.

摘要: Some embodiments provide a method for channel estimation in a wireless device. According to the method, the wireless device obtains (1010) an indication that a set of antenna ports, or antenna port types, share at least one channel property. The wireless device then estimates (1020) one or more of the shared channel properties based at least on a first reference signal received from a first antenna port included in the set, or having a type corresponding to one of the types in the set. Furthermore, the wireless device performs (1030) channel estimation based on a second reference signal received from a second antenna port included in the set, or having a type corresponding to one of the types in the set, wherein the channel estimation is performed using at least the estimated channel properties.

The method comprises configuring, by the wireless device, a reporting time window for transmitting a report to the wireless communication network and determining, by the wireless device, whether data transmission from the wireless device to the wireless communication network is scheduled for a transmission time within the reporting time window, as well as transmitting the report together with the scheduled data transmission if it is determined that such is scheduled for a transmission time within the reporting time window. 摘要: Method for D2D communication in a wireless device comprising receiving a D2D communication from another wireless device, the D2D communication comprising a first detection sequence of a plurality of detection sequences. Each detection sequence is associated with a respective different radio access technology or service type so that the first detection sequence identifies a radio access technology or service type associated with the D2D communication. The method also comprises selecting a transmission procedure for a D2D transmission from the second wireless device based on the first detection sequence, and performing the D2D transmission using the selected transmission procedure.

The method further comprises determining a set of broadcast services of interest based upon the determined area and bearer to area mapping information. The method further comprises transmitting an indication message to a network node when the set of broadcast services of interest is changed due to a change of the UE's location. With the proposed method, transmission efficiency and system performance are improved.
