    摘要: A radio frequency (RF) receiver including a baseband circuitry. The baseband circuitry can include a graphene nano-electro-mechanical (GNEMS) based system, a receiver, and a front-end mixer. The GNEMS based system can include a source, a drain, a gate and a nano-scale suspended graphene resonator. The graphene resonator can be suspended between the source and the drain. The receiver circuitry can be disposed on the baseband and configured to receive an RF signal. The front-end mixer can be disposed between the GNEMS based system and the receiver circuitry. The baseband circuitry can be configured such that an incoming signal sees frequency selective impedance at the receiver circuitry.
