Abstract:
A coil bending machine is a machine that, in a stator core including a yoke and multiple teeth and having a slot formed between circumferentially adjacent teeth, while lead portions of a segment coil which is a U-shaped lead wire including a bent portion K and two lead portions R extending from the bent portion are inserted into two slots, push-bends end portions of the lead portions protruding from an axial end face of the stator core toward the stator core. The coil bending machine includes a coil bending member that push-bends the end portions of the lead portions protruding from the axial end face of the stator core toward the stator core, and a coil pressing mechanism that press-fixes a segment coil inside the slot toward the yoke, from the radially inner side of the stator core.
Abstract:
A laser welding method according to this disclosure is a laser welding method for welding first and second coils (members) to each other by applying a laser beam to the first and second coils in a state where the first and second coils are brought into contact with each other. The laser welding method includes: a first step of forming a weld pool by applying a laser beam to the first coil; and a second step of continuing the application of the laser beam to the first coil until the width of a bridge formed between the first and second coils becomes wider than the width of the laser beam, the bridge being formed such that the weld pool is attached to the second coil by growing.
Abstract:
A conveyer equipped with rotating discs rotatable around axes thereof relative to a mounting base. Each of the rotating discs has grooves in which rectangular wires are receivable. When an upstream and a downstream one of the rotating disc are arranged in a given angular relation to each other, one of the grooves of the upstream rotating disc is aligned with that of the downstream rotating disc to pass the rectangular wire from the upstream rotating disc to the downstream rotating disc. Upon such passing of the rectangular wire, the grooves of the upstream and downstream rotating discs hold or clamp all side surfaces of the rectangular wire, thereby ensuring the stability in retaining the rectangular wire when passed from one to another of the rotating discs, which enables the conveyer to carry the rectangular wires at high speeds.
Abstract:
A manufacturing method of a stator according to the disclosure includes a clamping process of clamping, among coil ends of segment coils assembled into a stator core, a pair of coil ends adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction, by a clamp jig that presses the pair of coil ends in the circumferential direction, and a welding process of welding the coil ends exposed through an opening portion provided in the clamp jig. The clamp jig includes a pressuring structure that increases a pressing force in a direction away from weld faces of the coil ends welded in the welding process, the pressuring structure being provided on at least one of sideward pressing faces that come into contact with side faces of the coil ends that are provided orthogonal to the weld faces.
Abstract:
A joining method for coil ends includes: pressing a pair of tapered portions such that a pair of first pressing jigs provided with a pair of detent portions is brought closer to the coil ends along an axial direction of the stator core, the pair of detent portions being fitted to the tapered portions; fixing axial positions of the pair of tapered portions such that the pair of detent portions is fitted to the pair of tapered portions so that the pair of tapered portions is sandwiched in a circumferential direction; fixing radial positions of the pair of tapered portions such that the pair of tapered portions is sandwiched by a pair of second pressing jigs so that the tapered portions of the pair of tapered portions make contact with each other; and welding a contacting portion where the tapered portions make contact with each other.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an assembled conductor includes: arranging a plurality of peripheral wires having anisotropic cross-sectional shapes around a central wire; bundling the central wire and the peripheral wires that have been arranged, to form a conducting wire bundle; and rolling the conducting wire bundle to form the assembled conductor. The arranging includes a bending process for bending the plurality of peripheral wires in directions along imaginary lines that extend radially relative to an axis of the central wire on an imaginary plane intersecting the axis of the central wire.
Abstract:
An arm of a coil segment having an approximate U shape is placed in a slot of a stator core, and a portion protruding from the slot is bent in a circumferential direction. An arm is bent in a direction of an arrow A, and another arm positioned at an inner side in the radial direction in relation to this arm is bent in a direction of an arrow B. The arm positioned at the outer side has at least a part of a bending inner side surface of a bent portion hardened by pressurization.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a technique that enables customization of a vehicle. In an information processing apparatus, a controller presents vehicle units extracted from among a plurality of types of under units each of which is provided with a driving mechanism configured to cause wheels to rotate and a plurality of types of upper units to be loaded on any of the under units to a user, the vehicle units being combinable as a vehicle. Furthermore, the controller executes: accepting selection by a user from among the presented vehicle units; and calculating a fee in the case of providing the selected vehicle units.
Abstract:
An information processing apparatus is provided with a controller comprising at least one processor configured to perform: obtaining route information indicating an operation route of a vehicle utilized by unspecified users; and obtaining desired location information indicating desired locations at which the users desire to get on the vehicle or desired locations at which the users desire to get off the vehicle. Then, the controller of the information processing apparatus determines a stop location, at which the vehicle is stopped for the users to get on or off, based on a plurality of pieces of the desired location information and the route information, and presents stop location information indicating the stop location thus determined to the users.
