摘要: A three-dimensionally laminated object modeling apparatus includes a cylinder configured to store a molten resin, a discharging nozzle that is communicated with the cylinder, and a piston configured to discharge the molten resin from the discharging nozzle by moving in a direction of approaching the discharging nozzle and by pressurizing the molten resin in the cylinder, and models a three-dimensionally modeled object by laminating a resin bead that is the molten resin discharged from the discharging nozzle on a table. It includes a drive device configured to relatively move the discharging nozzle with respect to the table and at least one processor configured to acquire a movement speed of the discharging nozzle and control movement of the piston based on the movement speed of the discharging nozzle.

摘要: An injection molding machine includes a cylinder that accommodates a molten resin, a discharging nozzle, a piston that discharges the molten resin from the discharging nozzle, and one or more processors configured to execute the following functions. The functions include calculating a target pressure at which a flow rate of the molten resin discharged from the discharging nozzle becomes an indicated flow rate, controlling a pressure of the molten resin in the cylinder such that the pressure becomes the target pressure, acquiring a temperature of the molten resin in the cylinder, and acquiring a pseudo-plastic viscosity corresponding to the temperature of the molten resin. The target pressure is calculated based on the indicated flow rate, the temperature of the molten resin, the pseudo-plastic viscosity, and the size of the discharging nozzle.

The connecting portion is provided at its downstream end with a valve seat with which an umbrella part of an intake valve is brought into contact. At least one recess extending in an extending direction of the intake port and included in the connecting portion and the upstream portion is provided at least at one of two portions, the two portions located on both sides in an extending direction of an output shaft, of a peripheral surface of the intake port.

摘要: An injection molding machine that contributes to improving the quality of a workpiece is provided. 摘要: A wear-resistant member production method includes: forming a clad layer by moving, relative to a substrate while feeding cladding powder onto the substrate and melting it using a local heating device; and cutting the clad layer. The cladding powder includes matrix powder containing a copper-based alloy, and hard powder including, as a hard phase, a silicide containing one or more elements selected from Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu, and one or more elements selected from Mo, W, and Nb. The hard powder includes first hard powder and second hard powder. The second hard powder is fed, separately from the first hard powder, to a melt pool formed by melting the first hard powder and the matrix powder, such that at least part of the second hard powder remains unmelted within the clad layer.
