摘要: Disclosed is a reactor including: a first reaction part and a second reaction part each comprising a reaction channel where a reactant flows, in which the reactant is applied to cause a reaction of the reactant, and which are arranged to form a gap therebetween; a heat insulating container covering at least entirety of the first reaction part, the second reaction part and the gap, in which a pressure within an inner space of the heat insulating container including the gap is lower than atmospheric pressure; and at least one getter material disposed in a space including the gap in the inner space. The getter material improves degree of vacuum in the inner space of the heat insulating container, and is disposed at the gap between the first reaction part and the second reaction part so as not to increase the size of the reactor.

摘要: The invention relates to a reaction apparatus having an enhanced connection, and a fuel cell system and an electronic device that include such a reaction apparatus. A reaction apparatus (1) a reformer (4) in which a reforming reaction chamber (31) is formed, a CO remover in which a removing reaction chamber (35) where a chemical reaction is performed at a temperature lower than that in the reforming reaction chamber (31) is formed, and a connecting portion (6) having a communicating path that communicates between the reforming reaction chamber (31) and the removing reaction chamber (35). The reformer (4) and the CO remover (5) are arranged spaced apart from each other, at least one of which (4, 5) is configured by combining ceramic parts (11, 12) and metal components (15, 16), and the ceramic parts (11, 12) and the metal components (15, 16) are connected with connecting members (18, 20) interposed therebetween. The connecting members (18, 20) have thermal conductivities higher than those of the ceramic parts (11, 12).

摘要: A reactor including a high-temperature reaction unit which causes a reaction of a first reaction material to create a second reaction material and a product, and a low-temperature reaction unit which causes a reaction of the second reaction material at a temperature lower than in the high-temperature reaction unit. A coupling pipe is interposed between the high-temperature reaction unit and the low-temperature reaction unit and transfers the first reaction material and the product created with the reaction material between the high-temperature reaction unit and the low-temperature reaction unit. An external flow pipe is joined to the low-temperature reaction unit at its having one end. The external flow pipe has a plurality of flow pathways including a flow pathway for supplying the first reaction material to the high-temperature reaction unit through the low-temperature reaction unit and a flow pathway for discharging the product from the high-temperature reaction unit through the low-temperature reaction unit.

摘要: The invention provides a reaction apparatus capable of efficiently causing a reaction, and a fuel cell system and an electronic device that include such a reaction apparatus. A reaction apparatus (1) includes a reformer (4), a CO remover (5) and a connecting portion (6) that connects the reformer (4) and the remover (5). The reformer (4) has a reforming reaction chamber (31) and a reformer combustion chamber (30) that generates heat to be supplied to the reforming reaction chamber (31), which (30, 31) are adjacent to each other with a partition interposed therebetween. The CO remover (5) has a removing reaction chamber (35) and a remover combustion chamber (34) that generates heat to be supplied to the removing reaction chamber (35), which (34, 35) are adjacent to each other with a partition interposed therebetween. The reformer (4) and the CO remover (5) are arranged spaced apart from each other, at least one of which is configured by combining ceramic parts (11, 12) and a reformer lid member (15) and a remover lid member (16), and heaters (48, 49) are disposed so as to face the ceramic parts (11, 12).
