摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for optical disc spin-coating that prevents leakage of a photocurable resin due to a capillary phenomenon by controlling a contact area between a cap and a disc so that contamination of the disc and manufacturing errors do not occur. Furthermore, the apparatus of the present invention can manufacture an optical disc having a central portion which is not contaminated by a photocurable resin and in which bubbles are not generated. In addition, the apparatus may further include a vacuum hole formed in the turntable, which can be opened and closed independently from the opening and closing of a vacuum hole formed in the central axis of the turntable, to prevent the lifting of the optical disc when the cap is removed. As a result, operability and the manufacturing efficiency of the apparatus can be increased significantly.

摘要: A recording method for a phase change optical disk is disclosed. To prevent crystalline material from growing at the leading portion of predetermined marks, e.g. marks 4T or more in length, the interval between the first pulse and multi pulses among write pulses for forming marks 4T or more in length is increased by delaying the multi pulses against a reference clock and the widths or levels of the multi pulses are also increased. In another embodiment, to prevent a change in the starting positions of marks due to the increase of the interval between the first pulse and multi pulses, the last pulse among write pulses for forming marks 3T or more in length is advanced by a predefined time period. In still another embodiment, the interval between the first pulse and multi pulses among write pulses for forming marks 4T or more in length is increased and the starting position of the first pulse, the starting position and width of the last pulse, a trailing edge cooling time deviation are individually adjusted depending on the length of marks.

摘要: A startup control method of a BLDC motor is disclosed. The method can control the BLDC motor to prevent the generation of a transient current such that the vibration of the BLDC motor can be reduced at the startup stage and perform a stable conversion into a senseless operation mode such that the startup failure rate of the BLDC motor can be reduced. The startup control method includes commutating a current applied to stator windings according to a rotor position. The method of operating the BLDC motor includes a rotor position that is forcibly aligned and so that phase commutation is performed, a back-electromotive force (back- emf) is detected from a lead voltage of a phase of a voltage which is not applied thereto after performing phase commutation and a determination is performed as to whether the detected back-emf is in a rising interval. The lead voltage of the phase of the voltage which is not applied thereto is integrated, such that if the back-emf is in a rising interval and if an instance that the integration result is greater than a predetermined value a phase commutation time point is setand conversion into a senseless operation mode is performed if the back-emf detected from the lead voltage is in a stable interval, based on a frequency of the voltage applied to the stator winding.

摘要: A washing machine and an operating method of the washing machine are provided. In the operating method of the washing machine, it is determined whether a washing machine has a regular laundry load or a single laundry load based on the amount of laundry and the number of times of detection of the amount of laundry. Therefore, it is possible to precisely determine the laundry load of a washing machine, reduce the time taken to determine the laundry load of a washing machine, and prevent a washing machine from being damaged by a misreading of the laundry load of a washing machine.
