    摘要： The present invention provides an inflator including: a pressurized gas filled with a pressurized gas and having a first end and a second end; a gas generator being connected to the first end, and including therein an ignition device and a molded article of a gas generating; a diffuser portion connected to the second end, and being provided with a gas discharge port; a communication path provided between the pressurized gas chamber and the gas generator and closed by a rupturable plate; a cap provided to cover the rupturable plate from the pressurized gas chamber side and having a plurality of gas holes formed at a circumference thereof, the minimum diameter (d min) of the gas hole being equal to or smaller than the larger one of the minimum diameter (D min) and the length (L) of the molded article of the gas generating composition.

    摘要： A managing system manages not only an endoscope washer-disinfector performing cleaning and disinfection with an insertion tube of an endoscope but also an endoscope apparatus performing an endoscopic examination using the endoscope. The system comprises an acquiring unit and a manger. The acquiring unit acquires information indicative of a finish time of the endoscopic examination which is the newest and performed by the endoscope apparatus. The manager manages states of the cleaning and disinfection performed by the endoscope washer-disinfector depending on the information indicative of the finish time of the endoscopic examination acquired by the acquiring unit. Every time when an endoscopic examination is finished, the information indicative of the finish time of the endoscopic examination is updated. For example, a length of an elapsing time from the finish of each endoscopic examination is reflected in how the cleaning and disinfection is performed.

    摘要： An endoscope washer-disinfector cleans and disinfects an endoscope with a duct. A brush cassette is detachably loaded to a loading part of the washer-disinfector and comprises a brush element and a shaft holding the brush element. Inside the cassette, first and second members are formed to hold the shaft tight therebetween for making the shaft advance and retreat to and from the duct. A lock device separates the second member from the first member so that the second member is located at a first position. The lock device locks the separated second member, when the brush is not loaded on the loading part. When the cassette is loaded to the loading part, the lock device also unlocks the locked second member responsively to an operating force and allows the second member to be moved to a second position where the first and second members hold tight the shaft.
