    摘要: A semiconductor memory device is of a bank switching type having a plurality of memory array banks provided in a memory chip which can be switched from one to another for storage operation. The semiconductor memory device includes: a plurality of memory arrays in the memory array banks; an input/output circuit for transmitting information data between the memory arrays and the outside; a data bus for connecting between the memory arrays and the input/output circuit; and N-channel transistors provided across the data bus. The data bus consists of a plurality of adjacent lines. Each of N-channel transistors is connected at their drain to the corresponding lines of the data bus while at their source to the ground. When a multi-bit test is commenced for writing and reading data on the memory arrays, the N-channel transistors are turned on to connect the lines of the data bus to the ground.

    摘要: A wireless communication device receives a first-type packet. If the first-type packet does not include first predetermined information, the device may store first specific information. In some examples, if the first-type packet includes the first predetermined information, the device does not store the first specific information. The device receives a second-type packet after receiving the first-type packet. If the first specific information is stored and the second-type packet is received, the device may send a third-type packet when the target-device identifying information is the same as the first-external-device identifying information. The third-type packet might not be sent where the target-device identifying information is different from the first-external-device identifying information. If the first specific information is not stored and the second-type packet is received, the device may send the third-type packet. When sending the third-type packet, the device may also send a wireless profile.

    摘要: There is provided a charge pump circuit which can prevent EMI noise of a frequency component independent of an operation clock frequency from occurring at the time of a change from a disable state to an enable state. The charge pump circuit includes a detection signal synchronization circuit which outputs a synchronization detection signal generated by synchronizing a detection signal outputted from a level detection circuit to a clock signal outputted from an oscillator circuit. The synchronization detection signal is used as a pump enable signal, and a first pump capacitance and a second pump capacitance in a pump circuit body are charged and discharged in response to the synchronization detection signal and the clock signal outputted from the oscillator circuit.
