    摘要: A disc brake for railway vehicles includes a brake disc fixed to a wheel or an axle of a railway vehicle and a brake lining configured to be pressed against a frictional surface of the brake disc by a brake caliper. The brake lining includes a plurality of friction members arranged to be spaced from each other, each of the friction members having a surface that faces the frictional surface of the brake disc, a metallic backing secured to back surfaces of the friction members, and a base plate supporting the friction members on the back surface side via spring members. The base plate is mounted to a brake caliper; wherein the friction members are provided in pairs with each pair being formed by two adjacent ones of the friction members, and the metallic backing is a one-piece member provided for each pair of the friction members.

In the p-type Si substrate, n++ source/drain layers and n+ source/drain layers, each layer containing arsenic, are formed. In the drain region, an n− drain layer, containing phosphorus and overlapping with an entire edge of the stacked gate portion in the gate width direction, and a p layer surrounding the bottoms of the n+ and the n− drain layers are provided. In such a structure, an electric field applied between the floating gate electrode and the drain is weakened and the drain-disturb characteristics are improved during writing.

    摘要: A waste incinerator including separate burning-, blower-, chimney- and ash-receiving chambers. A suction-discharge port is provided in a wall between the burning chamber and the chimney chamber for discharging gases from the burning chamber through a chimney to the atmosphere. The chimney extends from the chimney chamber for discharging gases to the atmosphere. The chimney receives an air feed pipe from the blower and an ignition sleeve extends into the chimney for burning unconsumed waste gas. A vibrator vibrates an ash receiver in the ash receiving chamber, and a drying chamber may be provided for drying high moisture garbage by combustion gases from the burning chamber.
