摘要： To provide a polishing pad (14) useful for polishing semiconductor materials having a high hardness. The polishing pad (14) is used for polishing a workpiece (16) in combination with loose grains and comprises a polishing surface (15) comprising a textile of high-tenacity organic fibers, the fiber has a tenacity of not lower than 15 cN/dtex. In the textile, the high-tenacity organic fiber may have a single fiber fineness within the range between 0.3 dtex and 15 dtex, or a total fineness of within the range between 3 dtex and 3,000 dtex. The fiber may include, for example, a fully-aromatic polyester fiber.

摘要： The present application provides a polyester composition composed of polyethylene terephthalate or a polyester containing at least 80 mol % of ethylene terephthalate repeating units and 0.1 to 15 weight %, based on the polyester, of an organic crystallization promoting agent having a polyoxyalkylene chain and at least one epoxy group. The latter promoting agents are represented by such materials as a glycidyl ether of a polyalkylene glycol having a molecular weight less than 5000. Such crystallization promoting agents serve to prevent streaks and pock marks on the surface of articles molded from such polyester compositions.

摘要： A vehicle communication device for using a plurality of applications in an inter-vehicle communication, and performing a control to avoid congestion of its own vehicle and the other vehicles. There is a vehicle communication device including a plurality of application units for performing the inter-vehicle communication, a lower protocol unit for transmitting and receiving data between vehicles, and a middleware unit intervening between said application units and the lower protocol unit. The middleware unit includes a transfer service processing unit, a communication control service unit, and a transmission/reception control processing unit. The communication control service unit controls a congestion avoiding process of its own vehicle and other vehicles based on application priority received for each of the application units, priority for each vehicle, and channel usage rate obtained from the lower protocol unit.
